This one really impressed me. I just made a quick selection, taking about 15 seconds, with the Lasso tool freehand, then triggered Content-Aware Fill. This is the (untweaked) result, after it processed for perhaps 3 seconds.
It's critical to make your selection as tight as you reasonably can. If, for example, I'd made a loose selection to the right of myself in the pic above (as you're looking at it), then there would have been some sea copied into the space where I stood, creating an odd appearance.

The total flower has a diameter of 12mm,the sharp piece in the centre is only 1-2mm,hardly to see sharp with yr own eyes.
This clip is of water dripping into a plastic cup in my kitchen sink it is slowed down about 8 times so represents about 3.5 seconds of real time - I processed it in Photoshop CS5 (Extended) - so you don't need fancy video editing software, if you have Photoshop you already have something that, though less user friendly, is far more versatile - I applied a curves adjustment layer to darken and increase contrast and a colour balance curves adjustment to correct the white balance from my camera. Tried to apply an adjust 5 effect but it was taking a horrendously long time on my poor lap top :-) BTW there is no audio.

18-55mm set at 55mm and manually focussed.
Video settings were 1280 x 720 at 50fps.
ISO set at 200.
I let the camera do its own thing as regards the rest and there is no EXIF so I don't know what it did :-)
