our first and only family snowman. we were a little psyched. two golf balls for eyes, a bubble pipe for a mouth, a yo-yo for a nose, a bowl for a hat, and plastic golf clubs for arms. obviously, us texans aren't prepared for snowmen!

This was made for the 52 Weeks of Baking swap on Swap-Bot. The recipe and picture were sent to two partners.
The chicken is covered with a mustard-Miracle Whip-salt-pepper mixture. Then it is covered with crushed corn flakes.
This was so easy to make. Both girls enjoyed it....even Olivia who doesn't like mustard or pepper. These ingredients add flavor, but are not overpowering.

We decided to celebrate a little and head to this little eatery owned by local celebrity chef Kylie Kwong. The restaurant can be spotted by the queue at the door, not entirely surprising considering it seats about 20, serves dinner-only and takes no reservations.
When we arrived at 5:45 (door opens at 6), the wait was already an hour. The decor and food is "modern" Chinese. The eating space was dark[1] and cramped, the food good, but ultimately I was disappointed. The $80 set menu looked interesting. Ordering a la carte was a bit of hit or miss and I can't imagine cramping in here again.
