Moist, fall-off-the-bone tender duck confit is surrounded by a crisp crunchy skin and is the perfect filling for pillowy soft steamed flatbreads. The accompanying condiments provide refreshing bursts in the mouth and is reminiscent of Peking duck but a version that explodes with rich moisture.
I really looove these noodles. The key is that they're still crispy - then with all the stir fry served on top. I love the crunch. I also really love the zucchini in there too. Yes, not traditional Chinese food, but good anyhow.
