This dish beat any suckling pig I'd ever had in Western cuisines. Not only had the ham haunch been smoked, but the outside had been roasted so that the skin had gone crackling crisp with a gelatinous layer of fat underneath - clinging to a nice bit of smoky meat.
The crispy chicken from Singapore Hawkers Food was nicely crispy on the outside with moist chicken meat on the inside.

IT'S CRISPY!...wait, wasn't it already crispy? If it doesn't say crispy on the box does that mean it's soft? Hm.

Super easy healthy snack! These have tajin (chile, lime and salt seasoning), salt and pepper.
Open a can of chickpeas (aka garbanzo beans), drain and rinse. Dry them off on paper towels and toss with 1 tsp olive oil and some salt and pepper. Spread in a single layer on a baking sheet and bake at 400 F for 30-40 minutes (careful not to let them burn). When done, toss with your favorite spices. Then, try not eating the whole can yourself!
