Crispy carrot cake from Banquet in Jurong Point. It wasn't salty or crispy enough - the crisp comes from the fried egg - and the chunks of carrot cake weren't very tender. The best crispy carrot cake I've had came from Bukit Timah Food Centre, but I don't know if they still sell it.
