Paul Otlet, visual identity coursework, Haute Ecole Albert Jacquard, 2011.

I wish I could go to the beach, instead I'm spending my summer taking coursework online to keep my job. So these wee shells are my collection and my daydreams while I whip out a basket while I'm thinking of essays and answers and between sitting in front of a computer and sitting while reading but not for pleasure. I've always had to do coursework. I have to keep taking classes and making hours to renew my teaching credential and I often do this in the summer. This however is something I did 13 years ago and the state lost my test scores so I'm back in class. I decided to take coursework instead of cramming for a test. I figure the kids will get the best of me without that pressure. Still it's a big committment and I'm feeling the stress, so instead of becoming a basket case, I'll have a ton of basket blocks to play with at the end of it all!
