Virginia National Guard Soldiers assigned to the Sandston-based 2nd Battalion, 224th Aviation Regiment, 29th Infantry Division continue to provide aerial fire suppression support with two UH-60 Black Hawk helicopters equipped with 660-gallon water buckets Nov. 8, 2023, in Madison County, Virginia. VNG aviation crews coordinated with the Department of Forestry and contract civilian helicopter water bucket resources, and since their arrival Nov. 6, they have made 33 drops of nearly 22,800 gallons of water. To be Continued is a landmark survey exhibition of Roberto Chabet’s plywood works from 1984 to the present. In these works, he uses his signature material – store- bought plywood boards. It is a material, which has become not only the surface and support of his paintings and installations, but to a large extent their subject matter and content. The exhibition serves a dual purpose: to celebrate the work of one of the most influential and thought-provoking artists in the Philippines, and to engage in an ongoing process and search for alternative proposition.
