"I am pleased to preside over the public audience for Thai citizens and all institutions. Thank you for the congratulatory messages and grand celebrations organised especially for me. The government has made fine preparations and Thai citizens have shown their goodwill throughout the nation.
I am gratified by today's gathering because everyone came to express sincerity.
I am thankful for the well-wishers and the way they have acted in unison.
I feel heartened by unity and would like to remind all about some underlying principles to guide Thai citizens in joining together to preserve and develop their country to new heights of prosperity.
First, everyone should show kindness and compassion to ensure the mental and physical well being of one another.
Second, people should strive to cooperate for the mutual benefit of oneself, others and the country.
Third, everyone should uphold honesty and observe rules and traditions with impartiality.
Fourth, everyone should adhere to righteous thinking and act reasonably.
If Thai citizens think and act in an agreeable and constructive manner, then the country will surely thrive.
Everyone in the public audience and all Thai citizens should strictly follow these principles and propagate them in perpetuity so the country can remain in peace and happiness for the present as well as the future.
May the goodness of the Buddhist Triple Gems and universal sacredness bless the country so as to overcome dangers and allow Thai citizens to live in bliss and prosperity."

Thruscross Reservoir is the northernmost of four reservoirs in the Washburn valley, lying north of Otley and west of Harrogate in North Yorkshire, England. It can be found from the A59 road. Thruscross was completed in 1966, much later than the other three reservoirs which date back to the nineteenth century.
The construction of the reservoir flooded the village of West End, which was already largely derelict following the decline of the flax industry. The remains of a flax mill can be seen at the edge of the reservoir, and more of the village has been revealed at times of drought, such as the summers of 1989 and 1990.
This event explored how the public can be more effectively and constructively engaged in decision making about public sector markets.
The public understandably want to be involved in decisions on the shape of public services. The quality and value of public services – rather than who provides them – continues to be a top priority for users. But many are still on the fence when it comes to the way in which public sector markets work. People want to know how decisions are taken, how they can be involved in these decisions, and that governments and providers will take responsibility for successes and mistakes alike. This event gave an updated perspective on citizens’ attitudes to public sector markets and explore how government and providers can better involve the public in their design and delivery. It also looked at how transparency can be improved and who should be accountable if things go wrong.
This event was Chaired by Sarah Neville, Public Policy Editor, Financial Times. There will be time for Q&A.

The flyer to my first small solo exhibition in a japanese restaurant in my (back then) neighborhood in Fitzroy.
The title and the blood where stenciled on each flyer and of course came in all colors of the rainbow. I repeated that concept later for Constructive Vandalism II in Germany.
