Having been 'offline' all week with flu, and with bad wind being a consequence of the illness, I was surprised when I briefly ventured outside this morning to find there were further wind problems.
During the night and early morning there were gales in MK and before getting into the car we couldn't help but notice what a lucky escape the car had. You won't be surprised to hear that the fence panel in the picture shouldn't be anywhere near the car, or leaning up against the wall.
A lucky escape...now let's hope it gets fixed before the wind gets up again.

The State Fire Marshal has ordered the removal of the hold open latches on some pumps across the state. At this particular station, a small block of wood, the width of a pump handle accompanied the following notice.

Consequence of a pair of geese nesting too close to a swans nest, the swan fought a continual battle with the geese until it had killed all the goslings and the geese retreated and the swans got their territory back, so sad. Seen lots of new life and death so far this spring, thats nature !

Probably as a consequence of his fall and decrease of his immunity Mocca lost a bit of fur on his back(you can't see it here cos these photos was taken before it begin) vet said he has mites but didn't said anything about washing the cage and changing all liter and bedding, she only said he needs to restore full immunity, so we have to give him vitamins and make him as comfy, easy and happy as we can. Another way is to give him a series of injections-we have to think this over:(
