This is my first experiences using recycled fabrics as new media. Red, black, white have always been a constant appearence in my art work.

A ferry deck is never short on activity, but the challenge is turning movement, machinery, lorries, water, and infrastructure into something legible. Lines lead, blocks stack, colours separate, and the eye finds its way through the frame.
Graphic composition is about editing in real time. Choosing what stays, what aligns, and what carries the weight of the image.

Unity Temple is a Unitarian Universalist church in Oak Park, Illinois, and the home of the Unity Temple Unitarian Universalist Congregation. It was designed by the American architect Frank Lloyd Wright, and built between 1905 and 1908. Unity Temple is considered to be one of Wright's most important structures dating from the first decade of the twentieth century. Because of its consolidation of aesthetic intent and structure through use of a single material, reinforced concrete, Unity Temple is considered by many architects to be the first modern building in the world.
To accommodate the needs of the congregation, Wright divided the community space from the temple space through a low, middle loggia that could be approached from either side. This was an efficient use of space and kept down on noise between the two main gathering areas: those coming for religious services would be separated via the loggia from those coming for community events. This design was one of Wright's first uses of a bipartite design: with two portions of the building similar in composition and separated by a lower passageway, and one section being larger than the other. The Guggenheim Museum in New York City is another bipartite design.
To reduce noise from the street, Wright eliminated street level windows in the temple. Instead, natural light comes from stained glass windows in the roof and clerestories along the upper walls. Because the members of the parish would not be able to look outside, Unity Temple's stained glass was designed with green, yellow, and brown tones in order to evoke the colors of nature. The main floor of the temple is accessed via a lower floor (which has seating space), and the room also has two balconies for the seating of the congregation. These varying seating levels allowed the architect to design a building to fit the size of the congregation, but efficiently: no one person in the congregation is more than 40 feet from the pulpit. Wright also designed the building with very good acoustics.

Λόγος ουδείς κανένας να κατέβω απ'το δέντρο και σκιερά απογευματινά αισθάνομαι, πέριξ της πέντε κι όσο κι αν φωνάξω φωνή βουώντος εν τη ερήμω ξανά.
Κανένας δεν μιλά για τους τρελούς που τους αμόλησαν από τις πόλεις τους, και πιάσανε πρώτη θέση σε βουνά δέντρα και κάποιοι από τη δίψα τους πνίγηκαν στ'αλμυρό νερό.
Ας είναι και έτσι κι ας γέμισε παρέα η γειτονιά, και το βράδυ σίγουρα με νταούλια και ζορμπάδες θα χορεύουν και άντε να κοιμηθείς ύστερα βραδιάτικα.
Δώδεκα μια και όσο πάρει μέχρι να μεθύσουν να κουραστούν και κάτω να πέσουν, να ροχαλίζουν μέχρι το πρωί και βάλε ξανά κάμποσο ακόμα μέχρι να ημερέψουν.
Το ξημέρωμα και πριν ο ήλιος λάμψει για τα καλά πόστο ψηλότερο θα πιάσω στο βουνό, και πάνω σε έλατα κυπαρίσσια και ποιος άλλος ξέρει τι θα βρω.
Έστω την τελευταία στιγμή μπορεί να βρω τη γυναίκα που αγαπώ ξυπόλυτη στα βράχια να περπατά, χαμένη από καιρό με ταλαιπωρημένα πόδια και χωρίς μυαλό.
Κάποια στιγμή όλοι τρελαίνονται εδώ πάνω γιατί δεν μπορούν τον καθαρό αέρα να αναπνεύσουν, καθώς έμαθαν στις πόλεις να ζουν γεμάτες από κόσμο καυσαέριο και λιπαντικό.
Και έτσι από τη μια πόλη φτάσαμε στις πόλεις και από τον ένα άνθρωπο στους περισσότερους, και στο τέλος όπως φαίνεται όλοι στα δέντρα θα ανέβουν κάποια στιγμή.
Ο κατακλυσμός του Νώε λένε ξανά φτου κι απ'την αρχή και στριμωγμένοι μεταξύ τους, μη μπορώντας περισσότερο του ενός μέτρου να δουν να ξεψυχήσουν σαν άνθρωποι.
Ο ήλιος κερνάει λένε μα μόνος πίνει τελικά στο κεντρικό τραπέζι της γειτονιάς, και χωρίς κανέναν πλανήτη για συντροφιά παρά μόνο άστρα πολύ μακρινά.
Πάντως μυστικά έχουν σταματήσει να διαδίδονται από καιρό και φειδωλοί οι χωριανοί κάθονται στα σπίτια τους, υπό τον φόβο των καβαλάρηδων που ψάχνουν για χρυσό.
