CTG design and manufacture TORQdiscs. TORQdiscs are lightweight composite flexible couplings that are used in power transmission applications where low levels of angular misalignment may be present. The assembly provides lower weight than an equivalent crowned spline joint, a reduction in system axial loads as result of compliance, zero maintenance, zero backlash, low power loss, low wear, high fatigue resistant and fast, flexible installation. TORQdiscs are fully scaleable for different torque requirements and are currently used in automotive and aerospace product systems.

Composite node は、単純なGIMPなどでの2Dでのレタッチと異なり、Blender内部の3次元的な情報やアニメーション時の移動量などの情報をもとにぼかしなどの効果を付けられる。

今回は写真用語の被写界深度を、Blenderが持つ三次元空間上の奥行き （Z-depth） の情報をもとにぼかす強度を決定することで表現している。

I was up in London today and inspired by Corinne Vionnet's merged tourists photos, I thought I would take and merge some of my own. This is made up of about 40 images from a 360degrees walk around Nelson's common. Not sure I have got the various layers merged in the best way, but I am pleased with this first try! Peter

Flight mode. The mech has much more range then conventional jet-pack based mechs. Of, course, it's still not the most aerodynamic thing in the world.
