As part of the cultural component of the ACCESS program, ACCESS Cultural supervisor Ariana Ronchini directed two plays to celebrate the Argentine and American Independence Days. EL Fellow Mathilde Verillaud helped facilitate the process, selected and provided the American play and practiced it with the ACCESS students during three sessions and took photographs during the final performance in front of the parents and friends of the students.

Ideas for the social component:
These would be ear buds that are sold (retail/all around, like the live strong bracelets), with a 5$ donation. The donation goes to shelters for the domestically abused and the purple headphones would generate awarness (they are bright and people usually wear white or black headphones).
After awarness of the campaign has been effective, have a national (or world wide) day where people pledge not to use headphones. This would go along with the idea of using your senses. Hopefully famous people and everyday people would tweet about the day using the hash tag #SenseForPeace, genertaing even more awarness.

IBM Components Division Research Building (Paul Rudolph, 1962-1966). A greenfield corporate campus, in Rudolph's distinctively textured and formally antsy Brutalism. As the documentation by the Paul Rudolph Institute makes clear, this was supposed to be even more elaborate, with hanging sun-shades and a full-developed entrance plaza. (The latter, with its combination of broad grand staircase and high-flying portico, suggests a kinship with Rudolph's earlier Sarasota High School.) It would seem some of the flourishes were victims of budget cuts; perhaps others simply seemed less important as IBM continued to plan a much larger campus surrounding this project. Where Rudolph's renderings show his pinwheeling building enjoying bucolic views on all sides, these days it's just one piece of a huge industrial and infrastructural pie (see satellite view). In recent years, the complex, under new ownership, is leased off in pieces to various industrial tenants.
