Com cada any per Tots Sants, l’Èlia de cal Pedró torna al poble per fer la visita de rigor al cementiri i passar uns dies amb son pare i sa tieta. Amb 34 anys fets, la parella l’acaba de deixar i la crisi fa estralls en el despatx d’arquitectura on treballa a Barcelona. Ara es disposa a aprofitar el pont per posar ordre, si més no, als pensaments. Després de l’exili universitari i laboral, l’Èlia s’adona que amb l’edat s’hi sent cada cop més còmoda, entre la qui va ser la seva gent. I quan una està tan ben disposada i atenta, pot ser que comenci a veure i a entendre coses que fins ara li havien passat desapercebudes.
Narrada amb una successió de pinzellades breus, Primavera, estiu, etcètera és una tragicomèdia amb un fort component generacional i un retrat precís i molt sonor dels usos i costums de la vida en un poble de l’Ebre. Marta Rojals ha escrit una primera novel•la madura i molt ben travada sobre l’amor, l’amistat, la família, la feina, les oportunitats perdudes i la possibilitat de trobar un lloc propi al món.

Their counterparts from African Union missions and hybrid AU-UN missions as well from the Federal Police Commission of Ethiopia are also attending the retreat. The main objective is to utilize this retreat as a platform for sharing and exchanging ideas/best practices within a regional context. Two other preceding similar retreats were held in Entebbe and Kigali.
