This exhibition features work by twelve CCA Architecture students in a fall 2017 advanced architecture studio led by Matt Hutchinson and Adam Marcus. The work explores the architectural detail as a locus for reconsidering contemporary domesticity in the context of new technologies of design, fabrication, and assembly.
Here are the components for another piece. They are 5 inch lengths of 1.25mm steel wire. The steel wire has had the surface rust cleaned off it with steel wool. The wire has had the sharp ends made smooth, using the nifty little tool pictured. You put the end of the wire into the little cup at the end of the tool and move it around and it smooths off any rough ends.
Lots of unseen components go into making the shoe, but they are all of the best quality to ensure your shoes stay comfortable

Serving as a vital component of the building’s narrative, the member lounge also operates as an important socialization space within the club. Rich materials and a keen juxtaposition of wood and carpet add a splash of interest.

Generally speaking, the ground transport component of a company’s travel program can account for anywhere between 3 per cent and 12 per cent of total travel spend. According to some, however, these figures are slowly starting to swell as the post-Global Financial Crisis travel revival gains momentum and corporates continue to increase their spend across all aspects of business travel. Rising fuel costs, parking fees, taxi and rail fares are also adding to the cost burden of ground travel.
