Gaggan’s interpretation blew my mind. It was so good. Then I realised this dish is not common in Singapore until I read the CNA article.
And re-discovered the flavour bombs I did. There was 2 versions of flavoured water - one reddish-brown with a distinctive cuminic flavour and one greenish - tangy and spicy. (Thought it could be from mint but I didn't detect mint). My table was advised to add BOTH into 1 Puri shell, containing spiced mashed potatoes and gulped the entire shell in one mouthful.

I was afraid of this setup--it's a large dish that hangs from the ceiling and holds ~8 gallons of water--but Xander and his assistant had it all worked out. It took a while, but ran pretty smoothly, really.
Every little circuit component had its own little colored box. It reminded me of being a kid and playing with Legos.

Lots of heavy dirt on electronics. Seems almost muddy. Rust can been seen on the legs of many IC chips though resistors and capacitors appear to be in good condition for the moment.
