A swarm of OER Slitherzoids. Busy restoring these - just need to swap armour so some are better decalled than others. Mix of Singapore and Japanese. The ones closest to camera not sitting on boxes are incomplete - usually either the tiny black castor wheel, the tail prong, or both. Some will be sacrificed to complete others.
I'm not so sure I like this gray. I figure, if it's going to be gray, might as well be aluminum, right?
Bucyrus, Ohio
The core of the courthouse was completed in 1856 of 16 inch thick brick walls and four wooden columns on front. The 1908 renovation designed by Harlan Jones covered the brick with stone, a front addition for the courtroom was completed and the stone pillars and dome were added.
This was my last county courthouse in Ohio to photograph.
Nel got her faceup! And lo and behold she even got eyelashes! Can't remember the last time any of my kids had eyelashes put on any of the faceups Kearsy has done. I can never find ones. Or maybe I'm just too lazy to look, they just need to bite me in the butt.
Kearsy also helped me find some new eyes for her. They're not as bright as the green she'd had before, and they are just acrylics, but they're nice acrylics. I just need to figure out how to style her hair so it isn't always draped in front of her face.

After this pan, it occurred to me that it would be easier to transport the cupcakes sans cookie, so I added the rest of the cookies after delivering the cupcakes. Oops!

Here's a shot of the Dog House with the main log walls completed. The Dog Cabin is beginning to take on its character. Startin' to look rather cute, even!
You can see the all-thread at work. When you consider the narrow runs near the door and window, you can see why I chose all-thread as a means of keeping everything aligned and secured. This little structure is exceptionally sturdy!
Next steps: The roof planks, in classic Lincoln Logs style, and of course teh log gable ends. The roof planking and the log gable ends go hand-in-hand: the geometry and laps will have to be carefully figured out in CADD before beginning.
