The Wildcats completed their 2014 football season on Nov. 14 in the GISA state quarterfinals against Pinewood Christian with a final score of 27-41. This is the furthest the team has advanced in its five-year history.
Need to mount a lens in one of the lens boards, check the calibration of the ground glass, and test for leaks. Then it's time to take a test shot...
Fritz's quilt, using "Spa" by Deb Strain for Moda and hand tied with Aurifil Aurifloss. Pattern is "Raspberry Ripple" from Pam & Nicky Lintott's "Layer Cakes, Jelly Roll & Charm Quilts".
This is the design for the needleroll I made for heavenlyevil as part of the cross-stitch exchange. This is what is looked like before it was constructed into the needleroll.
Just outside the HOH room, the bridge area is a comfy cabin, complete with split log and paneling. The aquarium has been built into the wall, and stocked with tropical fish that look like trout. Games, such as checkers, backgammon and the Big Brother classic, chess, are located up here. Also, cheeky fabric and hand-drawn illustrations make this cabin a ÒcampyÓ sort of hang out. Following the Tuesday, June 25 and Wednesday, June 26 (8:00-9:00 PM, ET/PT) two-night premiere, BIG BROTHER will be broadcast Sunday, June 30 (8:00-9:00 PM, ET/PT) and Tuesday, July 2 (8:00-9:00 PM, ET/PT). The first live eviction airs Wednesday, July 3. As of Wednesday, July 10, the show moves to its regular schedule of Wednesdays (9:00-10:00 PM, ET/PT), Thursdays, featuring the live evictions (9:00-10:00 PM, LIVE ET/Delayed PT) and Sundays (8:00-9:00 PM, ET/PT). Complete with their own storks nest. The locals get unsettled if their stork does not return in the spring.
Behold! Blodd Money City! And Favre, who wouldn't get up when I brought the camera in to stage the photo shoot.
The electrician has completed the wiring in the tower so we now have lights and power points. The Bell Chamber illuminated!

This was the first non person photo I took with my new 70-300mm lens... I didn't actually realise how interesting the leaf was until I got it on the laptop for a closer inspection.
Taken on a Canon 500D with a 70-300mm IS USM lens.
These are my local Roe deer, the male was here too, complete with velvety antlers, but I couldn't get a good shot of him.
I tore out the old Faucet and Angle Stops. All new from the wall to the sink. So much easier to change it out with the giant hole to work through. I hate the old 1 piece angle stops with the corrugated tubing on it. It is so much easier to work with stainless braided lines and nylon reinforced for the valve to the mixing T.
(please excuse slightly crazy colouration, the lightinh didn't want to play nicely. And I wish it could capture all the ickle detail I've put into it but heyho)

The walkway along Muskegon Lake in the Edison Landing development (now Harbor 31) was half completed in 2006 when it was stopped because sections were sinking. Now in 2009 the other half has finally been completed.

Finished handspun from my Potentiality "Batts 2016" project.
I carded up a bunch of batts from various fibers I've collected over 8 years I've been spinning. These natural-colored fibers are mostly from a number of different classes I took. I divided them and then blended them up to make a white to black gradient.
I'm calling this colorway "Day to Night," although a friend of mine from my spinning night suggested "Seattle Rainbow." Ha!
Fibers include all sorts of wool (Merino, Cormo, Corriedale, Romney, Clun Forest, Leicester Longwool, Border Leicester, Shetland, and maybe some others), silk, alpaca, and yak.
I finished my Shoshie shawlette on March 28, 2010, and blocked it a week later. My first lace shawl and beading experience, and I love it!
