Ten After Ten is the second song that Zina wrote explicitly about the day that she met Radjan, giving more complete details about the day in which she met her secret beloved. However, in doing so, she began to create something of a conspiracy theory community within her extremely attentive fan base.
Many of Zina's fans began to believe after Ten After Ten was released that she had a secret lover whose identity she and her producers were keeping hidden from her fans - and, predictably, the coffeehouses, chat rooms, and fan functions were abuzz with gossip about who her mystery beau's name might be as well as why Zina needed to keep him a secret. Was he a member of a rival political faction that her ultra-proper World Order clan wouldn't approve of? (Radjan would actually have fit this description) Was he from Crimson - Larissa's sworn enemy for nearly seventeen years when the song was first released? Had he been severely disfigured in the war or some other accident and while Zina still desperately loved him was ashamed to be seen in public? The theories abounded.
Despite all the hullabaloo around who her mystery man was, Zina paid the scheming and theorizing of her more obsessed fans little mind - except for the ones who took on some of the more pathetic characteristics of human paparazzi. She was a bit more than appalled when she found a young man dumpster diving through her garbage in back of her townhouse in Larissa; she didn't care about his excuses of merely looking for evidence that a man had been living with her on occasion and promptly summoned the nearest military policeman to arrest the trespasser.
Unlike on Earth, in the Republic of Larissa, all police officers are of the military variety. The police do not investigate crimes rather their primary function is to maintain order; thus, they are either seeded throughout the street corners of cities to watch over the public square or given patrol routes to walk or ride in the same capacity. The Tribunal - a separate branch of the Larissan Government other than the Executive, Legislative, or Judicial native to the United States - investigates and prosecutes crimes and civil matters between citizens. Zina preferred not to deal with either the police or the tribunes; Larissan police were touchy by their very nature involving breaking up fights and arresting violent criminals and the tribunes just looked sketchy with their full body length cloaks and extra long curved Katanara swords they carried around as a part of their 'uniform'. She shuddered just thinking about them . . .
My sister is having a baby so I'm working on making a simple hooded sweater for the little one (gender unknown). I have to make 158 of those granny squares and then stitch them all together. Freaking tedious. Pattern found in "Candy Tots" by Candi Jensen.
White light in the utiliy room (darkroom) is controlled by the door switch, and the safelight(s) will be conrolled by a pull-cord over the sink and/or by the enlarger timer. Having the pull cord for the safelight 8 feet from the doorway switch for the white light should eliminate instances of "Oops, not that light...damn it!"
