Mailed to my partner today:)

Second Chance Classics in Gibbon, Nebraska. We stop by every few years and have never caught anyone here to talk to about these.

This is little man in my second Topdown Bonnet (this one actually fits--I didn't bother measuring his head for the first one--oops!). It's from the Hello Yarns pattern (http://www.helloyarn.com/topdownbonnet.htm). I used Bernat Softee Baby yarn (in blue denim marl), size 3 doublepoint needles and size 3 16" circular needles. I did the child size hat with the infant size ears. Great pattern. Lots of fun to make!

Just missing her faceup ♥

The shower curtain material is thin and shiny, so it looks more wrinkly here than it does in real life... :)

socks for Knitty Board Sock Swap: Part Deux. Haven't been washed yet, but I couldn't wait and had to take a photo.

YARN: Vesper in the Muddy Waters Colorway

PATTERN: Scrolls from More Sensational Knitted Socks

SIZE: 9 in women's

NEEDLE SIZE: 1 Addi Turbo, Magic Loop Method, Toe Up

STARTED: Sometime in late June 2007

FINISHED: Tuesday, July 17, 2007

VERDICT: Easy pattern to memorize....don't know if I'll be joining any more sock swaps (unless they match up people with similar sized feet; at least within 1 shoe size, cause this was just ridiculous!) because I only wear a size 5, LOL!

This was actually done first, but Laptop Mount Version 1.0 did not work up to standards. Remember this is going in a jeep and must be able to handle the occasional offroad venture

'Color Search' sketch:

I found inspiration in the 'Pixel Path' Processing work done by Craig Mackenzie, and wanted to try my hand at it:

blog.craig-mackenzie.com/2008/02/25/pixel-path-my-prelimi...

In this sketch, it isolates every 5th pixel, and if it fist a certain HSB criteria, it finds every matching pixel in the image, and draws a line to it.

The class I used to author this Sketch can be found on my wiki:
