Another first at TreeHouse: wrapped finish on a compact kit! And what a fine specimen for this first—super deep bass, floor tom w/legs, front wooden hoop, brass hardware everywhere possible…Everything stacks except the wee 8” tom which the customer ordered last-minute. LOTS of configurations possible. Nice! 7x8, 8x10, 9x13, 16x16, 20x20; plied maple; Green Glass Glitter Wrap.
Fujica Compact 35 with Fujinon 2.8/38
Posh viewfinder camera from about 1966. It's not only good looking, it's also well equipped. It has an automatic exposure mode, but f-stop and shutter speed can be set manually. Both scales have an A-position, if you set the f-stop scale to "A", the index of the shutter speed scale automatically jumps to "A", too. So I assume, the AE-mode is a programmed one, besides this in the viewfinder fixed shutter speed - f-stop pairs are displayed with a needle: 1/30+f2.8 .. 1/250+f22.
On the lens barrel is a distance scale, in addition you can estimate the focusing with 4 symbols in the viewer.
Some specs:
* Shutter speeds 1/30 to 1/250 s and B
* Focusing range: 0.8 m to infinity
* ISO range 12 to 200
* Selenium meter
* PC-socket, cold shoe
* No self-timer
* Bright frame viewfinder with parallax marks
Unfortunately my exemplar is not working, the shutter just doesn't open. I don't dare to open it, because there is only one visible screw (next to the eyepiece), and I don't want to peel off the leatherette because it is looking still perfectly.
This torch has a diffuse wide beam without hotspots, good for cycling, or as a portable accessory light for photography. At full power it's running a 7W LED at approx 4W, which in the central beam is enough light to fill in shadows in sunlight.

Very rare Schuco bear that is also a ladies compact with face powder, a mirror and a section under the head that once would have held lipstick, a small trace of which can be seen.
Poor little Ferraris - 250SWBs, Dinos, Daytonas, a Lusso. All in need of some love.
