I went for a brilliant comedy night with my dear friend Andrew to see the hilarious Nina Gilligan at Cottingham Comedy Club.
As you can see we sat right at the front in front of the microphone - very brave, ha ha!
I had seen Nina before with Gemma in Leeds back in December 2022 and we met her and got pictures back then. So I messaged her on Instagram to tell her I was looking forward to seeing her again.
Nina was the main act and hadn't arrived by the time the show started. She arrived during one of the breaks. When I saw her she was so lovely - she came straight over to me and gave me a huge hug! And when she had finished her set, she stepped off the stage and gave me another huge hug - and she featured me on her Instagram stories the next day. She is so, so lovely!
The other acts were brilliant too and I was even brought on stage to be a part of a mind-reading act. It was an awesome night!

We had a brilliant weekend in Nottingham!
Friday night we went to see a gig. The Smyths - a Smiths tribute band - at the Rescue Rooms. What a brilliant gig!
Afterwards we met up with the lovely Rachel - a friend of Gemma's - for a drink at the Barrel Drop. Rachel had also been to the same gig.

Arches is one of our favorite National Parks - we have been there many times but still find something new every time we visit. This time we learned not to go over Spring Break when the otherwise quiet park was absolutely mobbed. Despite that we had a great trip.
I took these photos at Arches National Park near Moab, Utah in March 2019.

geoiii: @puregrey this phot is from south Georgia island. I also did go to Southern Thule in the south sandwitch islands but they are not very close to south Georgia. I have not been to antarctica yet.

Thanks for defacing lieberry property w/your unwanted social commentary, you passive-aggressive asshole. "Twilight of the Golds" is a Fictional story of a woman finding out through advances in medical science that her unborn child will be born gay. She then must decide if she wants to keep the child or abort.

sooc. i felt vaguely creepy taking this picture... but that's ok. ;) this was taken at the place with the best burgers in the world. also, we still have enough snow here that people were arriving on skis. yes, skis. when is spring supposed to be coming again??...

We went for a weekend in Lincoln for the third time in 2024!
Thursday night we went for a meal at Huckleberry's. A very warm welcome by the staff and great food too!

I went out with my lovely friend Rebekah and we went into town round a few of the bars and pubs.
The day started for me at Piccolo for an amazing breakfast.
After that I popped down to see my Sister who whowed me the awesome and creepy birthday present they had got for my Niece - a couple of creepy dolls on a see-saw. Brilliant!
The evening, Rebekah and I went to The Star to begin with before heading across to the Freedom Quarter, where we saw some great live acts at Monroe's and finished the night in a new bar, Zinnia. It was a great night!
