I find cars with many bumper stickers interesting and try to check out as many as I can. There's often a combination of messages that is puzzling, to say the least.

Please note that I'm not encouraging comments about the political or religious content of the stickers. That could quickly get into nasty arguments and I don't need that aggravation. We live in a country where people can put this stuff on the back of their cars. Let's simply revel in that.

Finally, I've loaded larger-than-usual versions of the pictures so that you can give these works of art the detailed inspection that they deserve.

أعتذر "لأحبائي"

لأني بكيت في وقت فرحهم..

وضحكت في وقت ألمهم..

وأطلقت صرخاتي في لحظة هدوئهم..

وصمت في لحظة مشاركاتهم..

وبقيت في لحظة رحيلهم.

واخطأت في حقهم..ورحلت في لحظة اجتماعاتهم ولقاءتهم..

وأعتذرت لهم في وقت حاجتهم ..

و بدون سبب تركتهم..

أعتذر "لقلبي"

لأني أتعبته كثيرا في لحظات حبي..

وجرعته ألما في لحظة حزني..

ونزعته من قلبي وبدون تردد لأهبه لغيري..

أعتذر "لأوراقي"

لأني كتبت بها واحرقتها..

ورسمت الطبيعة عليها..

وبدون ألوان تركتها..

وفي لحظة همومي وأحزاني لجأت إليها..

وفي لحظة فرحي وراحتي أهملتها..

وعندما عزمت الإعتكاف عن الكتابة مزقتها وودعتها إلى الأبد..

أعتذر"للقلم"

لأني في معاناتي أتعبته..

ولأني حملته الألم ولأحزان وهو في بداية عهده..

وعندما انتهى رميته..

واستعنت بأخر مثله..

أعتذر "لخواطري"

لأني جعلتها تتسم بطابع الحزن والألم حاصرتها ..

فلقد أصبح الكل يبحث عنها وعن معاني غموضها

في قواميس لا وجود في هذا الزمن لها ..

أعتذر"للواقع"

لأني بكل قسوة رفضته..

وأغمضت عيناي عنه في كل لحظاتي المره..

وشكلته بشبح أسود يتحداني بدون رحمة..

ونسيت بأنه هو مدرستي التي جعلتني أكون حكيم في المواقف الصعبة..

أعتذر"للأحلام"

لأني أطرق على ابوابها في كل ساعة

.. واجعلها تبحرني في كل مكان أريده..

فهي من حققت كل أمنياتي دون تردد..

وهي من أتعبتها معي حينما كبرت

وكبرت معي أحلامي..

ورغم ذلك كله ،

لا تتذمر وإنما تقول:" أطلب وأنا على السمع والطاعة"

حينما رحلت عنه وبدون إستئذان..

ولازمت اليأس في محنتي..ومكابرتي

رغم مرارتي والأمي أقول بأني أسعد انسان ..

فلقد كانت سعاتي الوهمية تكويني في صمتي..

وتعذبني في ليلي..

دون احساس الاخرين بي..

فعذرا أيها الأمل ،

أعتذر" للسعادة"

لاني عشقت الحزن ،

وحملته شطرا من حياتي..

وعشقت البكاء لأني انفس به عن الأمي..

وعشقت قول الآلآه لأنها تطفئ حرقة أناملي..

وعشقت الجراح لانها أصبحت قطعة أرقع بها ثغور ثيابي..

وعشقت الصمت في لحظة الألم لانها تحفظ لي كبريائي..

فعذرا أيتها السعادة لاني أبعدتك عن حياتي..

أعتذر"للزهور"...وخاصة الحمراء

لأني قطفتها وهي في بداية بلوغها وتفتحها..

وحرمتها من العيش في بستانها..

ثم شممتها ولغيري أهديتها..

وبعدما لفظت أخر انفاسها رميتها ودستها..

أعتذر"للبحر"

لأني عشقته بجنون..

وطعنته في خواطري بالمليون..

وأضفت إليه الغدر في هدوئه..

ووصفته بأنه جميل وهو في قمة جنونه..

فلم تكن تلك الطقوس سوى أحاسيس مختلقة

وكان ضحيتها البحر لأني عشقته..

أعتذر "للقاء"

لأني كتبت عن الرحيل والواداع ..

ولأني جردته من قاموسي الملتاع..

ولأني أصبحت خاضعا للقدر

فأمنت بالرحيل كثيرا

وبكيت لأجله كثيرا..

وتناسيت كلمة الاجتماع واللقاء..

أعتذر "لأمي"

لأنها تألمت عند ولادتي ..

وسهرت على نشأتي ورعايتي..

فتبكي على بكائي..

وتسعد عندما تسمع ضحكاتي..

وتسقم لسقمي.

.وتتعافى بمعافاتي..

وصبرت وتحملت طيشي وأزعاجي

وتجاوزت عن أخطائي..

وتذكرت حسناتي ..

"أعـــــــــتذر" للحياة

حينما اتهمتها بالقسوة..

وللطيور والبلابل حينما قلت عنها خرساء..

ووللجبال لأني أنسبها الي..

وللدموع حينما جمدتها بالعين ..

ولصندوق الذكريات الذي أخرجته بعد دفنه..

أعتذر"لكلمة أعتذار"

لأني أدخلتها في بحور شتي من الإعتذار ..

فشكرا وعذرا
