It was still mainly green on the leaf front with Autumn yet to get into full flow on my walk along the canal to Colemere on Monday.
There is nothing sweeter than receiving a hand written card or note on Valentine's Day - something that seems to have become lost as technology has taken over as our primary means of communication

I went back the next evening hoping to reshoot the scene with some sunset colours in the sky but the skies remained grey and someone had picked the flower and left it on the bench. It was so pretty sitting alone in the field and yet some asshat had to ruin it!

A little bit of colour splashing and we are ready to get through this grey rainy day. This is another bird that we get as a visitor sometimes... However, probably not today... with this rain even the juncos will probably do just like me, take the day off and go shopping :) Have a great day everybody!
