I thought It's squid ink coated cod...but now I'm reading the menu..it's olive marinated. I love olives and I love squid ink and I love red quinoa (Extra flavour extra texture) and I love cod...perfect dish for me...I wouldn't mind having more olives.. The cod was silky silky smooth. I feel cozy.
Dad found this pic on his and Mom's laptop today and sent it to me. This was from our Thanksgiving trip to Cape Cod in 09. We went there so we could actually use an oven and not worry about the pets jumping in. Since the parents are vegetarians now, I choose what I want for Turkey Day. Currently thinking of a turkey sandwich or a rotisserie chicken. On a separate note, I seem to be channeling Stephen Colbert in this picture. XD

Greenpeace activists confront delegates of the ongoing Helsinki Commission meeting with algae and dead cod. 25 % of the Baltic Sea bottom area is already dead due to eutrophication and the cod stocks are threatened by overfishing. Greenpeace demands rapid action to combat the ocean crisis. The algae was collected in Helsinki the day before.

I hadn't had gnocchi in a long time. Wow this was good, and the cream sauce wasn't as heavy or overpowering as it looked...so good to soak up with the bread! Very happy with my choice as it was really hard to decide.
