If there was ever a case of a burger drowning to its death - this was it! My burger arrived looking like it had perished not by grilling but rather by drowning as the burger was totally drenched in the dill tartar sauce! I hardly could see it!
Generous chunky cubes of tender-grilled cod (rather than a patty or a batter-fried piece) were sandwiched between the pillowy buns with pieces of olives for surprising pleasant bursts of salinity. I am a person who enjoys dill but I have to say I found navigating my flotilla of a burger past the ocean of sauce plenty daunting as the dill was overwhelming. It seized every mouthfuls which I felt was a tad of a shame for the dish.

The College of the Desert Street Fair is open EVERY Saturday & Sunday from 7 a.m. until Noon. You can buy games, art, clothes, cosmetics...just about anything! There aren't as many vendors there during the Summer (because fewer tourists are in town).

Palline di lava naturale, originale perla fatta a mano stile indonesia e monachella argentata nikel free.
Gli orecchini sono lunghi cm 8, è un modello unico e fatti a mano.

- olive oil
- 1 bunch of asparagus
- 1/2 an orange cut into 4 slices
- ca. 1 lb of cod filets (one large filet cut into three pieces)
- then juice from the other half of the orange squeezed on top at the end
Started by heating the oil, then adding the asparagus in a single layer, then placing the orange slices around the cardinal points, then laying the cod on top. Covered it and cooked it at medium high for another ten minutes or so. Then flipped the cod, squeezed the rest of the orange, turned off the heat, and let it sit covered until dinner.
Verdict: pretty great, but the fish needed salt and pepper.
