Inspired by mymansbelly.com/2011/10/24/easy-chocolate-truffles-from-l..., these use a chewy, melted candy corn (mellowcreme) and coconut oil base and are packed with more coconut, hot cocoa mix and a touch of almond milk. Rolled in cocoa powder, they're an unusual yet delectable holiday treat!

I ate Frosty's nose and it was delicious. That's right, that snowman with a hole between his eyes had it coming –– just staring at me like that. I peeled that snowman's carrot and cooked it quick in a bath of grass-fed butter and coconut oil. But that was just the beginning. Next it was a good pinch of sage and some salt and pepper to taste. F-you Frosty and tell you friends in the neighborhood not to stare at me or they'll get a similar fate!
