I took a picture of the ingredients but while cooking decided not to use green peas. There were enough vegetables already. Masaman Curry Paste was bought at Bangkok Market in Chinatown.

Playing around with another cold process soap. I've been wanting to try adding pumpkin to the soap and I've been wanting to attempt a swirl....We shall see how both of these turn out tomorrow. This soap came to gel stage very quickly, I'm guessing this particular fragrance oil helped to speed up the whole process.

My recipe was for four pounds of oils, so I figured a four pound loaf mold would work fine..so that's all I had lined. After pouring and swirling that one, I had to do a very quick emergency lining on my one pound mold and get the last bits of soap poured into that before it started to set up. Lesson learned, I know better than to use a new untested recipe without having some form of back-up mold on stand-by.

Fresh homemade banana bread...yummmm! I tweaked the ingredients a bit (used coconut oil instead of butter, white sugar instead of brown, Salba [chia grain] in addition, 1/2 cup less flour, and walnuts of course!)

A Dead Sea Salt Bar Works to stimulate proper skin cell production. And, to help eliminate waste & toxins from the body. While sloughing off dead & damaged skin.

This is NOT the typical hard salt bar you find out there. This is a skin treatment. I recommend cutting off a piece for individual use. Get wet and rub into skin. Very similar to a solid sugar scrub.

Water Lily & Jasmine Scented: It is a crisp, energetic, refreshing aroma. The complex combination of succulent water lilies and jasmine with unique notes of tangerine and orange.

Made with Olive Oils, coconut Oils and Dead Sea Salt.

This picture highlights one of the most appealing things about raw food and that's the sheer beauty. Raw food surprisingly enough also smells wonderful. Food does not have to be cooked to emit appealing odors (my friend says that cooking smell is the nutrition being released). Raw food smells FRESH and stimulating. Certainly works the saliva glands. :D

In the back is my corn salad which I detailed in the previous two pics in my stream.

Good day at work. Then went on a nice run with Canela, did pilates, had dinner with the fam and had beautifying time post shower, followed by a reading session of the #GreatGatsby :)

Did you know, #coconutoil helps hair shine, softening it and remedying damaged parts by preserving the hair's natural proteins... And can provide relief for #dandruff !!
