A test with my new polaroid closeup lens that a flickr friend sent me!

A closeup of a snowflake taken from this mornings quick snow shower in Des Moines, Iowa. Used an extension tube first, added a reverser ring, then reverse a 50mm lens to capture this closeup.

Interesting childs toy.
You make up the design on a matrix board. When complete you turn it over and cover with a special cloth. After using an iron on it the beads weld together, turn it over and release from the matrix and this is what you get !
