Another image from my walk the other day in Golden Ears Park. As with the image posted a few days ago, I used a close up filter on my 50mm, and my speedlight stuffed into a small softbox on a ttl cord. I had the camera on slow burst mode and the flash at 1/8th power and I focused by slowly moving my body.

Closeup if a canvas-like cover around a small pot with daffodils inside. I took it with my macro lens.
Interesting childs toy.
You make up the design on a matrix board. When complete you turn it over and cover with a special cloth. After using an iron on it the beads weld together, turn it over and release from the matrix and this is what you get !

A closeup, or macro shot, of a christmas tree at the "Festival of Trees" in Idaho Falls, ID.
Maybe somebody could use it for a Christmas Card or something.
I was sorting out some old photos and came upon this closeup shot taken whilst I was in London for the weekend, just before a foray on the shops....on reflection I think it works pretty well?
What do you think?
Do let me know...good or bad, i'd love to hear from you ?
