A great close-up of a classic 1963 Porsche 356. A great little air-cooled sports car that will have you smiling like, well like the front end of a classic 60's Porsche!
Take a peek at the rest of the photo and video shoot of this classic 1963 Porsche 356!
I bought this Chelsea used a long time ago but she missed most of her stuff. So happy to finally have her :)
A close-up of the 6111WA tube in the Audio Note DAC 0.1x. The U.S. quarter is there for scale. It isn't in the circuit!
Close-up photo of large hole in my left foot that started off as a pressure sore and then became a full blown ulcer. You could stick your finger in the hole and touch bone. Foot and left leg below the knee were amputated two weeks later. 9:45am, Wednesday the 14th of July, 2021.
The inside and outside world of water droplets is a fascinating photo subject. When you photograph water droplets ,you can show people an intimate and infinite world of possibilities that is full of beauty. The words I most often hear are: Wow!

Kesi is pretty fun to grab pictures of :) Though I do need some work in exposure. She tends to come out really washed out...

In this extreme close-up I'm carefully painting in blocks of colour to match the reflections on that side. At this stage things look messy and disconnected, but I will go in later with my scrub brush to blend things together and lift out critical areas. I tend to avoid the use of liquid masking if I can, and let the white paper show through or lift out specific highlights with a knife. In a sense you have to have faith that what you're doing will turn out in the end. You can't rush this kind of realistic watercolour so just be patient as things unfold.
A very young ibex. Probably a male baby from the last year. Has still its winter fur.

the lighting and white balance is really off in this shot, but i just had to show a close up of some of the planes that are in this print. :)
shown wet and one of the finest examples of moss in tubes I have found to date - "Rojo" also produces some rather large specimens of this and other types of agate and I am not yet ready to photograph any of those.

One of my favorite all time artists, Chuck Close created these stunning TAPESTRIES that were woven in Belgium. It's unreal how photo realistic they appear. I'm so glad the Gallery allowed me to photograph them.
