Chia seeds are extremely powerful nutritionally. They are a great source of fiber and omega3 and a good source of protein and calcium. They can be sprinkled on the salad, added to soups🍵, used in baking🍞, or for making pudding🍨, jam and ice cream🍦.

4 family containers of chili, beef roast, pressure cooked beef stew meat, 2 dinners of spinach ravioli and sauce, 4 containers of meat sauce, diced chicken(still in the crock pot) taco and burrito filling, and a huuuuuge lasagna in the oven.
