After running into the bad guy boss Severus Starcrusher, it looked like our heros were doomed! But thanks to Nova Team's sabotage, the base's power grid suddenly exploded, damaging Starcrusher's mech suit and allowing the team to escape the fiery explosion and make out with their precious intel! Mission accomplished!

::: This is the final image in my Infiltration series and I hope everyone has enjoyed it. I had a lot of fun taking and working with these pictures to tell this little story. My hope is to do more adventures of Nova Team in the near future. Thank you all for the kind comments, I always appreciate it! :::

UFO is a 1970 British television science fiction series about an alien invasion of Earth. SHADO (an acronym for Supreme Headquarters, Alien Defence Organisation) is a secret, high-technology international agency established to defend Earth and humanity against the mysterious aliens.

Few weeks ago I presented the S.H.A.D.O. mobile, the ground vehicle at agency disposal.

My latest build is the S.H.A.D.O. Interceptor, also known as Moonbase Interceptor that is the primary defence spacecraft of the secret SHADO Moonbase.

The Interceptors are white and red one-seater space fighters used over the Moon and in Earth's orbit, equipped only with a self-destroying frontal nuclear missile.

The Interceptors, usually, fly in groups of three during a period of red alert. During the flight, the three missiles are fired almost simultaneously. These spacecraft can't fly in Earth's atmosphere, for unknown reasons.

The Interceptor is one of the symbols of the UFO series.

My brick built Interceptor has also a detailed interior, lifting the top it's possible to see the cockpit and the jet engine on the back.

Thanks for stopping by.

Does what it says on the tin.

I built the first segment for displaying last time's Classic Space robot, but then I realised that maybe grey-on-grey isn't the most visibly distinctive colour scheme. But who says once you've built a scenery segment that it can only be used for one thing?

Two small MOCs with 10 parts each.

Created to a brazilian contest.

A render of Peter Reid's LL- 117 Icarus.

This one of my favourite builds of his.

LL-423, a Classic Space Vic Viper

Inspired by the new 31206 Rolling Stones wall art. It should be possible to build this with real parts, although the 6x2 wedge plates in red are currently exclusive to one or two sets that are new for the summer of '22.

Starfleet Voyager, in the style of the new Galaxy Explorer set! As soon as I saw the set reveal, I had the sudden urge to do this. The technique Lego uses for the wings is very interesting, I'll definitely be using it more in the future for other builds!

What do you mean Febrovery is over?

A self contained Research Base, built on a planet in the cold icy depths of space.

The first floor houses the main access airlock and the lab and bio-dome where the scientists carry out all their experiments.

The second floor houses the habitation block, with bunk beds, a kitchenette and toilet facilities.

The third floor has a store and laundry and a second airlock allowing roof access.

The roof contains all the communication equipment and an observation (or angry) dome.

Check my flickr stream for pictures of the internals

When the Neo Classic Space Federation puts out a galaxy-wide call to take part in a pod-race on the Moon, the call is answered by the Blacktron Future Generation.

Although Benny's racer, 'LL-UC45' uses cutting edge tech, the Future Generation's 'WhiteGilled BlackFish' has never lost a race.

The stage is set for a white-knuckle showdown as these old foes race each other across the dusty plains of the Lunar surface.

Meeting Qlalny from planet Dawharvis, pilot of the NCS "Reckless" and Ayq, his co-pilot / mechanic / weapons expert, practically his factotum.

Qlalny has been a truck driver since always, moving from one job to another, not disdaining the less legal ones. He's not a real smuggler, let's say that for a fair remuneration he can do (almost) everything.

He lost his leg during an attempted assault on his truck, ten years ago; he was carrying two containers full of HDs (Holographic discs) of the first - and last - album by Shaggy Starblast, "The bright side of Khadoon III". If you don't know this singer, just check here:

[Shaggy Starblast].

He doesn't think of this artificial leg as an impairment, on the contrary, as an enhancement of his body. Anyway, since then, he decided to hire a robot, in charge of security and weaponry.

And he met Ayq, a Z5 series droid; they are great friends now, not employer and employee anymore, but partners (did anybody say "in crime"?).

Sometimes they take the long way just to stop by at Al's for a quick hotdog or two (even if I'm not so sure that Ayq really enjoy them).

The Frost Blade Sentry was used to patrol the areas in which Commander Cold and his force was conducting top secret cold fusion research.

Each Frost Blade included 3 mission-specific droids deployable from the underside of the craft.

Made up to be part of Cracker Inc. and Round 7 of the telephone star fighter game!

Can stuff be almost purist? I guess not ;). Tried to keep an oldskool flavour but slipped a little here and there!

The kind of build that makes you happy to have bought random decorated parts for years on BL ^^

The perfect machine for taking a stroll across the surface of the Moon.

There are more photos and an extra video here: www.instagram.com/p/DIUGvfqC6Rs/?img_index=1

I'm calling this the SPARTVS (“Spartus”; “Synergistic Piloted Assault Robot Tactical Victory Suit”). Twin-piloted mechs aren't all that common, but I'm really not too sure why not.

I'm thinking it's some sort of close-quarters battle mech or possibly law enforcement-type.

Febrovery 2021

Lunar MCC (Mobile Command Center) with high visibility of the surroundings thanks to the height of the command module.

This planetary explorer (factory name: “PEX-1ML”) was designed as a mobile base (serving also as a laboratory and an observatory). It has all the necessary equipment to explore terrain of new planets. Its drivetrain and suspension was built to handle very rough terrain, while its body was constructed from materials that can withstand almost any weather conditions.

You can watch a video showcasing all of the functions here: www.flickr.com/photos/186152771@N07/51467442155/

Inspired by “LEGO Movie 70816 Benny's Spaceship, Spaceship, Spaceship!” set. This is the type of a vehicle Benny would drive on the surface of the planet.

It is remote-controlled via standard Lego Power Functions’ parts.

FebRovery episode 13.

Just your average small-scale overland space freight hauler.

The 6680 here is also modified (more wheels) and... funkyfied I guess ^^

The 6530 was already very "space", even in its original yellow Town form ^^

Below my latest digital MOC, a modern redesign of the LEGO Classic Space Set 6861 X1 Patrol Craft.

In 2016, I already did a decent attempt by using the snotting technique with slopes (flickr.com/photos/jm_aalen/28102078180/in/dateposted-public/), but when I detected some days ago that there are 2 Monkie Kid Sets that have a 8 x 4 x 2 Windscreen (21849) in Bright-Green, so an non rare, new and affordable Cockpit Window, I decided to redesign the ship again with a closed cockpit. The size has a bit increased now, but maybe you like the MOC however.

This cute space couple is boogieing-down like its 1978!

Behind the Scenes: I was inspired by Lego's more recent tagline for their old classic space line "Lego... In Space Since 1978." And I thought, hmm... 70's... space... SPACE DISCO! Our cute couple is made up of a Classic Space Red Shirt and (my daughter's personal favorite Minifig) Intergalactic Girl from the Series 6 Collectable Minifigures.

I had an interesting time with this one. You ever have a concept in your head that you're in love with, but when you go to execute it, it doesn't turn out the way you expected? That's what happened here with V1 of this photo. I took it yesterday and stared at it all day at work today not able to take my mind off the fact I screwed the whole thing up and I couldn't figure out why. After a quick run and some dinner, I got some re-newed inspiration. I took my daughter and we ran upstairs and I took the whole photo over again going about it much simpler than I did before, I couldn't be happier with the results. I'm also proud to say, that my daughter is the one that pushed the trigger on this very photo and of course I did all the post work ;-)

Space is big ... very big ... so you need a large dish to send and receive messages over vast distances. Or a hyperspace communications system, of course!

Built for the New Elementary Nexagon parts festival. Check out the article for more pictures and details of how I made her.

Classic Space works leading antigravity technology is out on display, sleek angled lines, Dual multidirectional thrusters for a great power to weight ratio, purpose built for speed. Jenny is hoping for some clean and classic racing.

My entry for @bfg_audiophile's #BFzeroG #space #legospace league

I was pondering for a long time on which space theme to build for this. SHIPtember consumed all of my remaining black parts that would have been useful for this. I've had the cockpit idea on my table scraps shelf for a while, waiting to be used. Since I've been trying to work through my WIPs/Table scraps from years past, currently completed at least 2 so far. However i think 7 WIPs have been added on-top of my existing pile... woops. There is just too much fun to be had. Happy building!

Made with Sketchup and Photoshop

I've had this idea for quite some time but only recently decided to actually make it. I went for a "old-pub-pool-table-kind-of-look" since I'm partial to that aesthetic ;)

It's fully functional (made a few videos that can be found on youtube using the link below).

www.youtube.com/watch?v=P2Ck5SGH8Pw

What makes this version a bit more fun (hopefully) is that you can change the minifigures to whatever theme you prefer.

This is showing a neo classic space battle but I also have a few other version coming later (police vs robbers and two different SW-themed versions).

Recenly posted this on LEGO ideas so if you want to support it just follow the link below :)

Here is a cockpit view of my latest Classic Space MOC, a 6x6 Transporter.

A variation of Heathers. Just a different take and some colour tweaks.

The Frost Blade Sentry was used to patrol the areas in which Commander Cold and his force was conducting top secret cold fusion research.

Each Frost Blade included 3 mission-specific droids deployable from the underside of the craft.

After attempting to build a small and tidy enough differential bar for the rocker bogie, I gave up and used the internal counter-rotating gear method instead... It's *marginally* functional.
