Bart Seeker: guys, I said cleanup, not play around. The event is almost starting, stop playing with those rovers of last year.

Duncan, I don't think they are listening, Bart.

MAGS: what am I doing here?

Jim: look, he's chasing Benny and that other guy.

Viva: good luck Mello.

Spacepeople testing on the new Plate Drive Warp System. Who needs big, clunky spaceships when you got a 6x6 plate and some space power?

I put this together Friday during Zoe's nap after I saw Stefan's latest. I was trying to get something in his style, but just couldn't pull it off.

Anyway, it gave me a chance to try out those hinges in preparation for another MOC I'm working on, and to let you guys know I'm not dead or anything and still love teh space ships and lazors.

A small surveillance ship used for search and rescue operations and cosmic radio emissions research

When I started my series of recolored sets, I thought I would keep them assembled, next to my "normal" collection.

Finally I decided to take them apart...

I must be going a bit crazy, because of my never ending depression, but I want to finish my space set collection (because I started it, I have to finish it !?) and at the same time, I sometimes have violent desires to sell every last brick...

This mass of objects is sometimes just suffocating, as if it was parasiting my whole life. I still love Lego, but it's getting a bit complicated to manage... I miss the time when I was content with my MOCs - easy to take apart once immortalized ^^

Well, it's probably just a bad phase, I hope ^^ Sorry for these ruminations...

Three new MOCs, to celebrate the tenth anniversary of my first upload on Flickr !

Thanks to every visitors, and to all the builders who keep motivated and inspired - you rock :-D

Hope I'll still be around in 10 years ^^

Nothing to do with the Star Wars universe's ship of the same name, in fact, but somehow it was the only possible name that seemed to fit.

The LL588 V-Wing is a trans-atmospheric fightercraft of the Federation, lightly armed for its size but very nimble and manoeuvrable both withing an atmosphere and beyond it.

Armed with 2 heavy particle cannons slung under the main body and 2 wingtip lasers, the LL588 is frequently used in scout/observer roles rather than as a dedicated combat craft. Its atmospheric wings fold up for easier transport on interplanetary carrier ships.

Played around some more with the CS micro-figs. Figured they needed a decent rover and a mech. And if you have a rover and a mech...you need a hangar!

Another alternate build I've made, this time using all the parts from the set 6891 (released in 1985).

Not very happy with the back section - But I like the overall style of this "little bird" ^^

The idea was to make a simple study of reflections. A custom gold plated Lego Classic Spaceman was perfect for it. Very shiny!

At some point the duck just decided to join the photoshoot.

Several views of the LL-238 Starwalker

Unitron Galactics Engineering Department just loved this little guy, so we had to recolour it in the classic hues.

Starfleet Voyager, in the style of the new Galaxy Explorer set! As soon as I saw the set reveal, I had the sudden urge to do this. The technique Lego uses for the wings is very interesting, I'll definitely be using it more in the future for other builds!

A Little fast and versatile spacebomber, thought of as a opponent to CS

Finally! I was so pumped when I got my pre-order in, then bummed when I realized it would be delayed past August 1st. But now it’s here, so I’m good.

My entry for the Brothers Brick Space Chefs Competition, "Space Chefs On-The-Go" category.

In 2004 Oqad Zauq'ms, an unknown businessman from planet Ustrarth, bought in one fell swoop the Coca Cola company. The first decision after the buyout was changing the name in Space Cola and moving the facility on an asteroid in the Jebleshan system. The whole asteroid, the size of the Earth's Moon, is a gigantic factory where billions and billions of liters of Space Cola are produced every hour. All those liters are loaded in enormous spaceships (Ultra-Titan class tanker) ready to set off to the four corners of the known universe. But, after the first accident in 2007 on Acheshan IV, where the engines of one of these Space Cola tanker burned down the entire city of Grizleum, by galactic laws they're not allowed to land on planets anymore.

So, they decided to equip each spaceship with 1500 robot-controlled speeders to delivery bottles on planets, while the spaceship is on a parking orbit.

These speeders are an enhanced version of Hypersuc TZ-700, fitted for short extra-atmospheric flights and equipped with a refrigerating container. In case of big deliveries two additional containers can be magnetically attached to the speeder.

The robot pilot is a generic UMX-A900 with human look. This particular one in the photo regularly supplies AL's space diner and it's called "Scrap" by him because his disastrous first delivery: during a reckless manoeuvre, Scrap hit his head against the diner's airlock, his circuits went bananas and he developed a sort of sense of humour. He's surely not the best pilot of te fleet, but he tells great jokes and AL is always looking forward to the next delivery.... Nobody at Space Cola ever noticed it. :D

You obviously recognized the Kanan's Speeder Bike, well it's only a coincidence. Both are Hypersuc TZ-700... Seriously, seems that revamping existing sets in Classic Space style is my thing, right now.

Welcome to FebRovery 2016 !!! I hope to see tons of Rovers this year ! So, to your wheels, and let's build ;-)

This year, expect some change for my own FebRovery. First there will be a mix of "modern" rovers and some built only with old CS-era parts.

Second change, there will be several pics per Rover.

Hope it won't be confusing and that it will add to the fun !

Happy FebRovery everyone :)

Classic 16x16 vignette for the Bricking Bavaria at home Contest. Build a vignette featuring your favourite Minifig. I really love that new Blacktron Headhunter!!

This is a continuation of my Infiltration series. Here we see Captain Knight deep inside the mercenary base on Nova Team's mission to gather intel on their latest plans.

:::This is part of a small series of photos I'm posting based on a concept I've wanted to do for a while. I wanted a shot that featured my signature minifig looking all badass in the dark misty mercenary base. Comments always welcomed! Thanks!

Here is the first actual photo from the MF-D32 model I was working on. Note the Magpods are better than what I was able to accomplish in the cad software.

The LL351 Conquest is the flagship of the CS fleet. Equipped with four hyper-drive engines the LL351 is capable of exploring the furthest reaches of the galaxy. With plenty of weaponry the Conquest is able to defend itself with ease and provide protection for other ships in the CS fleet. In addition to the ships four crew members there is also a planetary scooter that can be launched from the ship for short range reconnaissance missions.

Spacemen would often come across strange animals on their travels through the galaxy. Some of these could be dangerous and hostile.

One such example was the Pergyl worm. Thrill-seeking astronauts would hop on the back of the Pergyls to enjoy the bumpy ride and to post the video of their daring exploits on SpaceBook (other social media sites were also available).

Sadly, spacemen who were bucked off the worms' backs were often eaten. This led the authorities to post signs warning of the "Pergyl Danger".

This toy was totally inspired by David Alexander Smith's brilliant series of Outer Reach Research Team builds. You can find them on Flickr and MOCpages.

FebRovery 2022, installment 10.

Since none of the wheels are technically functional this is a display model only, but the big basket drive wheel was worth it.

I wish you all Happy Holidays and Merry Christmas ... stay safe and healthy in these challenging times!

Ich wünsche Euch allen Frohe Weihnachten ... bleibt sicher und gesund in diesen herausfordernden Zeiten!

Another model made with instructions from the Idea Book 250.

I've changed the color scheme (the original is grey-black-trans green), so it match better with 1986 Classic Space sets, like 6892 or 6985.

It's really a charming little ship, I'll keep it assembled, next to my official CS sets.

In the third picture, the robot is made from instructions from another Idea Book (200)

Here is a baby replica of the latest iteration of the LEGO Galaxy Explorer set 10497. It still has the main play features of the original set just down sized. Pop off canopy, steering wheels, opening rear end with boarding ramp, airlock sliding door and last but not least ride on booster engines!

This was a blast to build. And was inspired by the builds @troublesbricking made while I was travelling Europe. While on holiday I managed to track down this squad of space babies so that when I got as soon as I got back from holiday I could get into building this moc.

A couple of Raptors came down the line for #Mechtober 2021. This model is the Ice Planet 2002 Defroster. With a heat ray cannon on top, ready to contribute to climate change!

Last upload of my series of recolored Space sets. Obviously I had to finish with the King, the (true) Galaxy Explorer !

What willl follow ? More personnal MOCs - but probably only in a few weeks, I'm still sorting the mess, and also I must decide what to build - too many ideas right now ^^

Here my latest MOC: a spaceship in LEGO Friends Style, based on the brilliant cockpit concept of topdesigner for LEGO spaceships Peter Peter L. Morris.

I also created building instructions. You can download them for free, the only thing I would kindly ask to you is to support my LEGO IDEAS Project Queen Elizabeth II referenced in the instructions. I think this would be fair enough as download price. :-)

Yes - It's time for a new entry in my never-ending run of reduxxed MTron Beacon Tracers. This one is kinda Chibi, and I like that for it.
