Rehearsals for the Ann Arbor Dance Classics 2018 Recital on Wednesday June 13th, 2018. The recitals will be held on Friday June 15th and Saturday June 16th, 2018 at Saline High School (Saline, Michigan). These are photos from my perch on Stage Right - stage managing again (with a few from the house).

Photos from the Rehearsal Performance of the Ann Arbor Dance Classics Benefit Show at the Saline High School on Saturday March 12th, 2022 (for the performance on Sunday the 13th). The show was called "Her Voice" - the 2022 Benefit Concert and Competition Showcase to benefit Growing Hope. The show also featured a performance from the University of Michigan First-Year Dance Company. The studio took all the safety precautions for the pandemic. All dancers and teachers wore face masks.
I used Reveal the Shield Perceptor, with the head and shoulder cannon from War for Cybertron Soundwave.
The head was resculpted to look more cartoon accurate, giving the whole a figure a more unique look, and not just a head swap.
His blaster was kitbashed from various parts from other transformers.
I also included a modded G1 Laserbeak (Soundwave just isn't Soundwave without him!)
Morris Minor Pickup, the owner just purchased it two days before the show, it came into Canada from England in 2010, and I'm guessing it's the only one in Alberta...
River City Classics is probably the biggest one day car show in western Canada, held in High River, it's also the last major classic car event before winter arrives... Although it almost felt like winter for much of the day this year... Brrr...
could have gone out with the ladies for sushi, followed by open mic night, but that would have required driving and hour each way in the dark. i so lamed out.
stayed home, folded laundry, washed dishes, and am continuing on with the overhauling/pre-spring cleaning of the house.

Classics Punch gets a much larger and much nicer head thanks to Calloway customs and his Shapeways kit.
The kit's head still has a flipping visor gimmick, but it much better proportioned. It also came with a pair of hands with centered thumbs to allow for easier flipping between modes.

My usual cartoon style brings old Bee to life!
I used a custom yellow mix for him, plus several shades of gray to make him look as show accurate as possible.
As bonus item, he comes with the "Bee Gun", from the BTS Trailer.
A visit to W. North's bus dealership at Sherburn in Elmet was always worth the detour, and some very fine classics were to be found in this April 1969 view. Redundant Bristol KSWs are to the fore, with ex-Bristol Omnibus OHY975 showing the contrast between the high-bridge body style (complete with battered dome) and the low-bridge equivalent on ex-United Automobile PHN826. The latter was numbered BBL64 in the United fleet. A former West Yorkshire Road Car lowbridge KSW is at the right - the type had just been eliminated from the WYRCC fleet, and a start would shortly be made on the Lodekka component. Poking into view at the left is former Hebble AEC Regent V/Weymann lowbridge GCP5. I don't think any of these vehicles found buyers, but a sister to BBL64 - PHN829 - is believed to have been preserved.
