Mount Stewart is an 18th century neo-classical mansion and gardens, nestled along the edge of Strangford Lough, seat of the Vane-Temptest-Stewart family, Marquesses of Londonderry.
The property is presently in the care of the National Trust, and is currently undergoing an extensive restoration.
Unusually, visitors have been allowed access to the house while the restoration is ongoing, and the works are visible in some of these images.
Historic Old Main building on the Texas Woman’s University campus in Denton, Texas. The Neo-Classical Revival style building was constructed 1902-03 as the first building for the Girls Industrial Institute and College of Texas (known today as Texas Woman’s University). It housed classrooms, administrative offices. laboratories, a library and an auditorium for the college. In 1916, wings were added to both sides of the building. Known as the Administrative Building until 1956.
