BR Standard Class 2 2-6-0 78038 appears to have just been coaled at Chester Northgate (6D) MPD, whilst a Standard 2-6-2T has it's turn under the coaler - c.1959.
78038 was allocated to Northgate shed between 06/10/1956 and 22/03/1958 when it moved to nearby Rhyl (6K) depot, before being transferred to Northwich (8E) on 28/11/1959. It survived in BR traffic until 28/08/1966.

My Lego model of a Southern Pacific MT-5. The real MT-5's were built between 1929 and 1930 in Southern Pacific's Sacramento shops. While they were originally built for passenger service, they soon became mixed traffic engines as more powerful engines; such as the GS class, took on the role of pulling passenger trains. Unfortunately, there are no surviving MT class locomotives. I specifically modelled #4369 as it appeared in 1946
