This is 2019 Chevrolet Silverado Trail Bosss LT. Tried a bit of outdoor macro attempt on one of my Hot wheels collection. Hoping for a better result next time.

In 1993, the Corsa B was unveiled, and in the United Kingdom, Vauxhall dropped the Nova name, with the car now being known as the Corsa. The following year, it was launched by Holden in Australia, as the Barina, replacing a version of the Suzuki Swift sold under that name. This proved a success, and was the first Spanish-built car to be sold in significant volumes in the Australian market.

Four-cylinder power came from 1.2, 1.4, and 1.6 litre Family 1 petrol engines, as well as an economical 1.5 L turbodiesel engine. Most cars received a five-speed manual transmission, although a four-speed automatic was also available with certain engines. In the first few years, a four-speed manual was also available coupled to the smallest 1.2-litre engine. Unlike the previous model, there was no saloon version, but one was designed in Brazil for the Latin American market, as saloons were much preferred to hatchbacks. This was also introduced in South Africa and India. An estate car, panel van and pickup truck were also introduced, and a convertible version was produced for the Australian market, called the Holden Barina Cabrio. The estate car version was sold in some European markets (including Italy), badged as an Opel. The Corsa also spawned a small coupé called Opel Tigra. 1.0 L 3-cylinder and 1.2 L 4-cylinder Family 0 economy version was launched in 1997, and a Lotus-tuned suspension was added as well as an exterior refresh.

The saloon model was built and sold in Latin America as Chevrolet Corsa Classic until 2010. A budget version introduced for the Brazilian market, the Chevrolet Celta, has bodywork resembling the late 1990s Vectra and Astra. The Celta was sold in Argentina as the Suzuki Fun for a certain period. In 2011, GM stopped representing Suzuki in Argentina, so the Celta reverted to its original name under the Chevrolet brand. Argentinian production began in September 1997, where it was the first locally built Chevrolet passenger car since 1978. The Latin American Corsa received a light facelift in 1999, with smoother bumpers, and from April 2002 (when the new Corsa II was introduced) the Corsa B began being marketed as the "Corsa Classic" until 2010 where it became the "Classic" when the Corsa B-derived Chevrolet Sail and Chevrolet Celta replaced it.

The saloon and estate car versions were produced in China by Shanghai GM as Buick Sail and Buick Sail S-RV, respectively from June 2001 to February 2005. That year they received a facelift and became known as the Chevrolet Sail and SRV. In September 2006, Chile became the first country outside China to receive the Chinese-assembled Sail; it is called the Chevrolet Corsa Plus, available as a four-door saloon with a 1.6 L 92 PS (68 kW) engine. The Corsa Plus includes dual front airbags, anti-lock brakes, air conditioning, electric windows and central locking as standard equipment.

In India, the hatchback, saloon and estate car versions were sold as the Corsa Sail, Corsa (or Corsa Joy) and Corsa Swing respectively until the end of 2005. The hatchback model was still being produced, and extensively marketed in South Africa as the Corsa Lite under the Opel branding until 2009 at which point it was discontinued.

In Thailand, Corsa available as Opel and fuel injected 8V 1.4-liter engine and "Joy" and "Swing" variants, both available with 3 or 5-door and manual or automatic.

On this Sunday Jan 17th ,2021 ,we see Hazzard Range county sheriff's office Deputy Shawn Ridge setting up The mobile speed radar trailer, along NM 168/ Main st in Sparta the county seat . The trailer that tells drivers how fast they are going ,also has a data recorder that logs how many speeders went by and their actual speed .It was obtained in 2018 through a grant.

Very much an acquired taste especially if like me you have an aversion to "tooned" diecasts! The Hot Wheels 1983 Chevrolet Silverado is indeed a guilty pleasure but is cute enough to warrant buying one of each release.

This being its latest 2022 Case M recolour.

The VAST VAST majority of Star Wars themed Hot Wheels models you'll find on the pegs are the generic plastic tat which have been clogging them up for months and likely to do so for the foreseeable sadly! The Star Wars franchise has obviously a huge pull for customers but when they are overpriced as they are here in the U.K. and use castings which don't seem to appeal to either kids or collectors then the inevitable happens! I have steered well clear of them but now the tables have turned thanks to a more premium range which has recently appeared at Smyths Toys and shock horror actually uses licensed vehicles! I don't mind paying a premium for this Chevrolet Silverado and others in this series as you can visibly see, feel and touch the reasons which make it more expensive. A full and very weighty all metal body covered in an eye waveringly well applied finish with full tampo treatment and of course Real Rider wheels with their separate rubber tyres. Mint and boxed.

THE HAZZARD RANGE HERALD

5:35 PM Saturday 3/26/2022

Hazzard Range County sheriff’s office Deputy Andy Gather took a report of theft and vandalism at property on Three Ranches rd near White MT rd Junction . Scene investigation ,report taken .

On this Saturday Feb 17th,2018 afternoon . We see Hazzard Range county sheriff's Deputy Brady Munoz backing out fast from the sheriff's office Fort Hazzard Substation parking lot . He is route to assist New Mexico State Police Officer JD Strate with DWI suspect few miles west of Fort Hazzard on NM state rd 323 .

In 1958, the PV544 was phased in. Subtle differences with the PV444 included the introduction of a curved one-piece windshield to replace the two panes of flat glass, larger taillights, and a ribbon-type speedometer. The 444's 3-speed manual transmission was also supplanted by a 4-speed unit in the 544.

The next significant change occurred in 1962, when the B16 was replaced by Volvo's new B18 engine, initially developed for the P1800 sports car introduced the previous year. This 1.8 L engine had five main bearings. Again single and twin carburettor versions were offered, designated B18A and B18D, respectively. The U.S. market saw very few[vague] B18A cars since the United States' public prioritised performance over fuel economy. Also in 1962, Volvo changed from 6- to 12-volt electrical systems. In 1963 Volvo began producing the 544 at their new Canadian Dartmouth/Halifax plant, the first Volvo plant to be located outside of Sweden.

The PV544 was also made as an estate (wagon) version, the Duett, initially designated the P445 and later the P210.

The 544 received incremental mechanical revisions and trim changes until its final production year of 1965. Exactly 440,000 units were built during the 18-year run. The car had so endeared itself to its owners that Volvo ran self-deprecating advertisements in late 1965 and early 1966 imploring PV owners not to be angry with the company.

The Duett's utility allowed Volvo to continue the wagon's production through the 1969 model year. These were then replaced in some markets by a high-roof version of the Volvo 145, called the Express.

On this cold Thursday Sept 10th 2020 mid morning ,We see Hazzard Range County Sheriff’s office Deputy Shawn Ridge taken a report of pickup in a ditch off of Cortez Ranch rd near Mist MT in the north western part of the county , The driver of Ram tells Deputy Ridge that in the fog/mist that was in the area . He got disoriented missed the turn from the forest rd onto Cortez Ranch rd and ended up in the ditch ,

Padilla Towing is called and got the truck out of the ditch report was taken by Deputy Ridge and no EMS was needed ,

The Fog/mist is what is left from storm fronts that passed through the area in last few days, They brought cold air along with a little snow to mts and rain to lowlands

Sure, that trucker is in the lap of luxury up there, but there's something to be said for bouncing around in a jeep, slamming that Jetta into gear, or even pushing it in that cherry Pontiac.

Of course, you could always settle for the smooth ride of the Silverado...
