East Sparta sits on eastern bank of Rio Grande river and is called besides East Sparta ,,Little south ,The bottoms or Old town by locals on western bank just east Downtown Sparta the county seat and East Sparta was town of Sparta site till 1912 .

On this early July 28,2016 Morning we see Boom Police Dept officer Ron Brook heading into the police station with women he arrest for DWI . She will be held here tell later this morning, where she will be transported to Apache the county seat of Apache County NM to the dentition center and go in front of judge . The county sheriff's office does the the transport .

Boom is in Western Part of Apache County NM in the Terreno llano Seco basin ( TLS basin ) and Terreno llano Seco means dry flat land in Spanish . it has a population of about 1,398.

Bill is showing them his new sign that took him all morning to put up and now it just in time for Lunch and dinner customers .Like Hazzard Range county Sheriff's deputy Deputy Shawn Ridge who headed into the cafe to have lunch with his Father and his 11 year old daughter on his lunch break . His wife would also been joining them ,but she had take shift at the Hazzard Range Community Health center ER were she is nurse . Since it summer The ER always sees a uptick in traffic .

On this hot and Humid Monday Aug 5th,2019 afternoon .We see full shop at Martinez fuel and Auto repair . One of the vehicles in the shop is a Hazzard Range County Sheriff’s office Animal control Deputy unit . Over the last year the three sheriff’s office Animal control ( AC ) units have spent way too much time in the shop and if county garage is backlogged like it is today Martinez fuel and Auto repair is contracted . County has has bought three Ford F-350s for AC to replaced the two Ford F-150s and one Ram 1500 ,but there has been delays getting the animals boxes for them ,but County Sheriff Troy Forbes and county Yard/Fleet Manager Scott Awine is looking for late fall to have the new trucks on the road .
A modern U.S. pick-up beautifully cast and detailed and no tacky decals. Nope certainly not Hot Wheels! A very nice little model by Majorette and an unusual choice for such a Eurocentric toy manufacturer. Looks great in this plain metallic grey finish. Mint and boxed.

Hazzard Range County Regional Dispatch Authority ( HRCRSA )Director Thomas Reed would also like to remind residents that HRCRSA is not the place to call to complain about road closers due to any construction.

Hazzard Range County Sheriff’s Office Deputy Scott Doald and Investigator Clint Dallas assisted the NM Office of the Medical Investigator ( OMI ) with a report of a suicide on West Shore RD in Eagle Lake.
The Volkswagen Beetle (officially the Volkswagen Type 1, informally in Germany the Volkswagen Käfer and in the U.S. as Volkswagen Bug) is a two-door, four passenger, rear-engine economy car manufactured and marketed by German automaker Volkswagen (VW) from 1938 until 2003.
The need for this kind of car, and its functional objectives, was formulated by the leader of Nazi Germany, Adolf Hitler, who wanted a cheap, simple car to be mass-produced for his country's new road network. Hitler contracted Ferdinand Porsche in 1934 to design and build it. Porsche and his team took until 1938 to finalise the design. The influence on Porsche's design of other contemporary cars, such as the Tatra V570 and the work of Josef Ganz remains a subject of dispute. The result was one of the first rear-engined cars since the Brass Era. With 21,529,464 produced, the Beetle is the longest-running and most-manufactured car of a single platform ever made.
Although designed in the 1930s, the Beetle was only produced in significant numbers from 1945 on (mass production had been put on hold during the Second World War) when the model was internally designated the Volkswagen Type 1, and marketed simply as the Volkswagen (or "People's Car"). Later models were designated Volkswagen 1200, 1300, 1500, 1302 or 1303, the former three indicating engine displacement, the latter two derived from the type number. The model became widely known in its home country as the Käfer (German for "beetle") and was later marketed as such in Germany, and as the Volkswagen in other countries. For example, in France it was known as the Coccinelle (French for ladybug).
The original 25 hp Beetle was designed for a top speed around 100 km/h (62 mph), which would be a viable speed on the Reichsautobahn system. As Autobahn speeds increased in the postwar years, its output was boosted to 36, then 40 hp, the configuration that lasted through 1966 and became the "classic" Volkswagen motor. The Beetle ultimately gave rise to variants, including the Karmann Ghia and Type 2. The Beetle marked a significant trend, led by Volkswagen, Fiat, and Renault, whereby the rear-engine, rear-wheel drive layout increased from 2.6 percent of continental Western Europe's car production in 1946 to 26.6 percent in 1956. The 1948 Citroën 2CV and other European models marked a later trend to front-wheel drive in the European small car market, a trend that would come to dominate that market. In 1974, Volkswagen's own front-wheel drive Golf model succeeded the Beetle. In 1994, Volkswagen unveiled the Concept One, a "retro"-themed concept car with a resemblance to the original Beetle, and in 1998 introduced the "New Beetle", built on the contemporary Golf platform with styling recalling the original Type 1.
In the 1999 Car of the Century competition, to determine the world's most influential car in the 20th century, the Type 1 came fourth, after the Ford Model T, the Mini, and the Citroën DS.

In the past I've rented Chevy Blazers and Trailblazers when visiting the United States, and they really are fantastic cars as they have a mixture of comparatively luxury interiors combined with the go anywhere, do anything appeal that 4WD has to offer, and this Silverado is no exception, and can even make a great family car if put to the task. Just throw the kid's backpacks in the rear, drive through the park rather than being held up in traffic, and then trundle into school looking like your driving nothing on earth!

The second generation Silverado/Sierra arrived in the last quarter of 2006 as a 2007 model. It features a redesigned exterior, interior, frame, and suspension as well as power increases on certain engines. The Heavy Duty models dropped the earlier 8.1 L big-block V8, with the standard petrol engine now a 6 litre V8 360bhp mated to a 6L90 6-speed automatic transmission, the optional 6.6 litre Duramax V8 diesel being mated to a Allison 1000 transmission. For 2011 the GMC and Chevrolet Heavy Duty models were upgraded with a new fully boxed high strength steel frame from front to rear improving stiffness by 92% with bigger rear springs, larger engine and transmission mounts and new hydraulic body mounts to improve the ride. The rear suspension design uses asymmetrical leaf springs that are wider and capable of greater load handling. The design features 3-inch wide leaves, with front and rear spring sections of different lengths to reduce the twisting that can result in axle hop and loss of traction. The 2500HD uses a two-stage design with a rating of 6,200 lb (2,812 kg), and 3500HD models have a three-stage design with 7,050 lb (3,198 kg) and 9,375 lb (4,252 kg) ratings on single and dual-wheel models, respectively.

Rebecca is granddaughter Retired county sheriff's office Lieutenant Robert Snow and Her father Robert Snow Jr manages Cattle Cove marina out on Eagle lake .Few miles north of here . It is one of three on lake .
Oasis cove one is main area of lake with the big main marina and beside 5 newer ( 1970 to 2005 ) building that are state park there is also 26 CCC ( Civilian Conservation Corps ) era buildings ,including 21 cabins that were built for tourists and still used for that today . It is one east side
Cattle Cove marina is on west side of lake next to community of Eagle lake is medium of the three marinas and is used ,buy residents mostly,then there is Narrow cove marina ,it is at the northern Eagle lake boat ramp and last year was first time in few years the lake was high enough ,that it did not have to be move,but lake is still low that you can't go pass Narrow cove with boats . The lake is at 15 Percent Full so there is hope for fuller lake this summer as last year at this time lake was 6.5 Percent Full .

I should be really turned off by this less than subtle new colour scheme for the Hot Wheels Chevrolet Silverado but I guess the graffiti artwork is relevant to the ARTCARS wording. The casting is certainly not stock Silverado either but I'm a sucker for licensed models regardless of how bad they are and pick-ups too. Mint and boxed.
On This August 1st ,2018 Wednesday Morning .We see a bride throwing her bouquet to the crowd right after a wedding at Rust Bucket Saloon . As she did that one of guests trying to catch it falls into the Silver St ,right as Hazzard Range County Sheriff's office Deputy Shawn Ridge turns on it . After hit his breaks and activating his emergency lights. He gets out to checks on her along with other guests .
She is alright and did not need medical attention ,But everyone got friendly reminder not to run into the street without looking .

It is another warm ( high 80s ) and windy first day of Fall 2017 . We see Hazzard Range county Public works dept Information Systems Division Information technician Director Darron Senski talking with County sheriff's office Fort Hazzard Substation Administrative Secretary Karen Lime as his assistant Hank Daca works on getting the utility box open . They are working on fall servicing of the communication tower for sheriff's substation .
As warm wind blows and sun's heat makes it kinda hard to realize that it could be only 6 to 8 weeks way for first snow might fall . We also coming around the corner ,sheriff's Deputy Brady Munoz checking on the progress ,before heading back out on patrol .Fort Hazzard is in the southwestern part of the county .

Also pictured Substation Administrative Secretary Karen Lime 1971 Chevrolet c-10 .She has takes this pickup in once a week with her households trash the transfer center in Fort Hazzard . That is only open twice a week and closed at 3 PM . So she drops off the trash before work as the center opens at 7 AM . It saves her trip what is about 50 miles to county seat of Sparta .

On this Thursday Aug 15th,2019 . We see Clay County Sheriff’s office Deputy Ellen Juan headed back to her unit outside of Range Substation in southern part of the county . Ellen is one of three deputies assigned to new units 2019 Chevrolet Silverados . With the new additions Three of last 2008-2010 Ford CVPI are no longer in patrol duty. Don’t worry though two or three will be seen down by the courthouse in Philipsburg ( county seat ) for some years used by the Court security and Civil Process deputies. The other 5 are going to auction soon ,but will say for now at the county yard .
A good thing about America is that they generally provide car parking spaces suitable for the vehicles they drive, an area in which the UK is particularly deficient. A bad thing about America is that you still get plenty of people who really can't be bothered to go in an appropriate space and this is an example of a result.
