Cheese being one of the best things in the world, and cordite being a high explosive. Instead, perhaps it's a cheesy Luddite, or Marmite & cheese combo. "Cheddite - so many things to so few people"

I wanted to try so many different cheeses at Cheesetique but of course being so close to the end of my vacation, I really couldn't sample many. The perfect solution lies in the back of the store...their very own wine & cheese bar! The cheese plate came in a generous portion at $21. The most memorable being Barely Buzzed from Utah, a washed rind with coffee and lavender. The robust coffee flavour balanced out the more floral lavender to a very interesting combination. I would very like to purchase a block of this cheese except for that little problem of traveling with it at room temperature for a looooong time. Hmmm....
Located 1 mile north of Indian Grave Gap. This was once the site of a cheese factory that made goat cheese.
