I channeled my inner Amy Sedaris and made a cheese ball.

Our Appetizer Table was the perfect selection for a mid-afternoon reception. Lots of fresh veggies with ranch dip, 4 fruits, 2 cheeseballs (including our cream-cheese-olive cheeseball, which is very popular, especially if you have vegetarians on your guest list), meats, cheese slices and crackers. CIS brought our red napkins for accents to match the bride's wedding colors.

I wish it was some cheeseball line like after a fresh snowfall or something but thats not the case for the stored bonnets that are taking a backseat to the newer units such as this bnsf gevo. With hope a traffic surge will happen and once again see everyday service.
