الغش في الامتحانات::

قال رسول الله صلى الله عليه وسلم: ( مَنْ غَشَّ فَلَيْسَ مِنِّي ) رواه مسلم (102) من حديث أبي هريرة رضي الله عنه
وروى مسلم أيضا (101) :أَنَّ رَسُولَ اللَّهِ صَلَّى اللَّهُ عَلَيْهِ وَسَلَّمَ قال : ( وَمَنْ غَشَّنَا فَلَيْسَ مِنَّا )
قال الشيخ ابن عثيمين رحمه الله :
" الغش في الامتحانات محرم ، بل من كبائر الذنوب ، لا سيما وأن هذا الغش يترتب عليه أشياء في المستقبل : يترتب عليه الراتب ، والمَرْتبة ، وغير ذلك مما هو مقرونٌ بالنجاح "
انتهى باختصار.

ثم إن الغش في الامتحانات يترتب عليه جملة من المفاسد والآثام ، منها :
1- أخذ الإنسان ما لا يحق له ، وهو الشهادة المترتبة على الامتحان .
2- ومنها أكل المال بالباطل ، في حال العمل بالشهادة .
3- ومنها فساد الأعمال والإدارات والتخصصات ، بسبب وجود غير المؤهل والصالح لها .
4- ومنها الدخول في الرشوة الملعون صاحبها ، في حال دفع الغاش مالاً لمن يسهّل له طريق الغش .
ثم إن هؤلاء الذين يغشون في بلاد الكفر ، قد يرجعون بشهاداتهم هذه إلى بلاد المسلمين ، ومنهم من يتبوأ أعلا المناصب ، فتعود البلية على أهل الإسلام ، ويكون غاشاً للمسلمين .
والحاصل أن الغش كله محرم ، وهو شر وبلاء ومفسدة ، سواء وجد في بلاد الإسلام أو بلاد الكفر . والواجب على من ابتلي بذلك أن يتوب إلى الله تعالى ، وألا يعود إليه أبدا .
والله أعلم .
