January 24th - Saturday. Second day of strategy residential. It was a very good meeting although I was pretty exhausted afterwards.
Not too tired though to celebrate Burns Night. I had haggis and drank scotch and attempted to read some Burns and toast the haggis. Not everyone joined in!
Reasons to be cheerful
1. My first whisky session in at least 9 months. Nice.

so today i had the idea to take pictures by a waterfall that's in the back of where i work. after trudging through the woods and falling through layers of ice, setting up my tripod, and turning on my camera...the battery died. thankfully i got a few pictures out of it because i didn't even have my phone to take a picture with instead. i was so disappointed in myself for not charging my batteries :[ i'll definitely have to redo this shoot.

Lighting: Einstein in 64" PLM reflective w/out diffusion camera left. Triggered with Cybersyncs at 1/400. This was shot vertically to put the dark band from cheating the shutter on the left side of the image then I cropped to horizontal.
And to think Billy here was ashamed he couldn't hit a bullseye with a sniper riffle from 5-feet away, that was until he met trooper Eric to the right.
