I'm not going to photograph everything today. It's my day off. But I thought I'd keep a running tally for my records (this may be obscene to some viewers):

Flax plus oatmeal (with brown sugar, honey and butter)

Orange Juice (8 oz)

Coffee (with Creamer)

4 fried mozzarella cheese sticks

8 boneless buffalo wings

1 Pepsi

1 serving of Tortilla Chips

1/4 cup Queso Blanco

Mountain Dew (12 oz)

6 slices of pizza

Sprite (24 oz)

Red Wine

Lava Cake

Milk

Totally sick. That's how I felt at the end of the day. I want to do more eating delicious foods not on program and less eating junk food on my next cheat day. I think I'll focus more on pasta, fruit and maybe some home made bread instead of processed, junk. Homemade just tastes better.

This was a group name game. The leader (lady holding white stick) pointed to a player, and the player had to speak the name of another person in the group.

Punishment for not speaking a name was being boinked on the head by the white stick.

"Lin fong" is an easy name to speak, so everyone was trying to look at Popo's nametag. She got fed up so she cheated and turned the nametag around.
