And the band plays on.......left turn at the horseshoe cloister! changing the guard - Windsor Castle 11/9/12.
Where does time go? What forces us to develop into what we are today? Why do some develop more fully than others?
Life is like a plant growing.. when it starts off in life, they basically all resemble each other, and you don't know where it will take you.
As time passes, you begin to develop your own characteristics... you build off of the things that surround you... or you become weaker from the things that are lacking....
Eventually you decide to bloom... some flowers bloom overnight and their personality is immediately seen and enjoyed... others hesitate... don't open fully or quickly... and you are left hanging there, waiting to see what they will develop into.... others never fully bloom, become stagnant and never get further than the beginning...
Where has my life lead me?
I've uprooted myself and started life anew... in a new area... new surroundings... new friends...
I've finally decided to bloom... I am who I am... and my personality has changed so much because of the environment I'm in.... I'm not who I was when I was 18 (Thank goodness)... I'm not who I was at 28 (not as scary).... But... now, at 38, I wonder much more about where I am and where I'm going... am I finished blooming? or has it just begun?
Where are the next roads in life taking me? Will the seeds scatter and be planted elsewhere? Will the seeds be collected and planted neatly near where I am.... what makes me who I am???
Changes.... over time....

5th graders learn how to reduce CO2 in the atmosphere to 350 ppm and urge politicians to pass clean energy policies.
This was one of over 7,000 climate action events taking place in 188 countries around the world on 10/10/10 as part of “The Global Work Party.” This synchronized international event is organized by 350.org, and is expected to be the largest day of environmental activism in history.

100 volunteers joined the Climate Impacts Day Vietnam in Can Gio Biosphere
Reserve in Ho Chi Minh City, where they planted trees in the park, did a
beach clean-up, and the trash they collected were made into installation
art exhibitions on the beach to convey climate change messages. They also
made a big dot with climate change photos from the national photo contest
that 350 Vietnam launched in April.
But the greatest thing is that 05/05 is only the beginning. In the coming
weeks, the Connect the Dots Vietnam campaign will continue with planting a
thousand trees along the dykes in the most flooded district in HCMC,
reinforcing the dykes and clearing up water hyacinth on the river branches
to reduce impacts, and building climate leadership skills for young people.
On each of the trees they planted, they hung a dot with different messages.
In this photo, the dot is the Climate Impacts Day logo.

Beginning on September 6, 2016, the City of Saskatoon will start making changes to the intersection of 22nd Street West and Diefenbaker Drive. During construction, left turns from 22nd Street West onto southbound Diefenbaker Drive will not be possible. More information on this project can be found by clicking here.
Some traffic signals will be relocated, while others will remain intact. For traffic heading east on 22nd Street West, the median signal will be relocated. For northbound traffic, the position of the signals will remain largely the same. For southbound traffic, we can at least expect the median signal to be replaced with another post and signal placed further south of its existing location. As for westbound traffic, we can expect to see the median signal relocated. However, it looks like the City of Saskatoon has added an additional signal on the pole at the southwest corner of the intersection and the overhead signal facing westbound traffic has been replaced as well.
I will miss the signal on the median pole facing westbound traffic. Originally installed in 2006, it was the first LFE-branded signal with LED bulbs. It is also the only median signal at this intersection not to be knocked over since the City of Saskatoon converted (or replaced, depending on situation) all signals to LED bulbs from incandescent bulbs. The signal that it replaced was an Econolite signal with a 12"-8"-8"-12" configuration.
I am on Jenny Craig because I work there and it is required of us. Well, I did need to lose some weight (not much but enough) and I'm definitely doing great! I have lost almost 10 pounds and almost 7 inches. The pants I am wearing in this photo I have not been able to wear since freshman year of college 5 years ago. They are about 2 sizes smaller than my other pants (which I can barely keep up anymore...annoying but great!).
I am feeling amazing. 10 pound isn't much but I feel healthier and can't wait to lost the rest:-) Soon these pants will be too big!!!
With the contents of one coffee can of pocket change I could buy five of these and have "change" leftover.
ID&T’s successor to Trance Energy took off last night: under a slightly changed name, ENERGY, a more house-based concept attracted a full-house in the Utrecht Jaarbeurs venue. With killer sets from Marco V, Avicii and Tiesto things went wild into the small hours.

Here are some new photos from tonight after a change of outfits. I really love these......don't you??? xoxo
Within the first second of entering this changing room, I had whipped out my camera and started snapping.
Trying on new clothes had become a secondary priority. :)
Can changing your mind change your life?
Not in and of itself, but you have to change your mind to change your choices, and that will affect your life.
