I was on Haircut Crisis Level Orange. Thanks Keely for the new style.

I'm fresh to death.

I changed my Comfort infusion set - I hate using these 45 degree angled sets - the needle grosses me out - but I'm low on my fav Sure T's so using these for now. You can tell why I don't like them - from the mark on the left - that's after 3 days of infusing insulin. With Sure T's - you remove them - and no mark left behind. I'm such a fasionista (this is on my outer thigh)

Project 365 Day #38

Dieting, stopping tobacco, put my earrings back in, I figured why not do it all and shaved my head. Couldn't get rid of the beard though.

theres still dark at the back and in the fringe and theres pink and green in the blonde.

Warm regards

Salmon pink typed laminated signs hang above a fast food store. The prices of the products have been altered by taping new ones over the signs with small squares of white paper. The end result is not aesthetically pleasing however the messages portrayed by the signs is still easily communicated. Showing that the store owners value the communication more than clean neat signage. The tape holding the signs appears discoloured with age. Showing that these handmade signs whilst flimsy are a permanent fixture to the stall.

One New Change, London UK - Jean Nouvel and Sidell Gibson Architects - 2010

One New Change, mixed use facility, has opened in Cheapside, London. The project includes over 103,600 m2 of office space and an additional 67,000 m2 for commercial use. It is set to bring life to the area, “all set overlooking London’s most famous landmark, St. Paul’s Cathedral.” The project has sparked controversy as Sian Disson shared, “…staunch traditionalist Prince Charles made his feelings towards the glass and steel hulk clear from an early stage, attempting to have Nouvel thrown off the project when he learnt of the architect’s appointment.” Contrastly the project was awarded by the MIPIM with the jury noting that the project will transform the area bringing a refreshing contrast. While the public voiced their opinion about the colour selection, Nouvel’s use of glass provides blurred reflections of the Cathedral to be seen in its facade, gently referencing the historic landmark within its contemporary presence.

Cormorant

Well today I wasn't feeling well. Not sick but not in good mood. Been busy and havn't had much time to take photos and I think it was the reason.

So to change my mood I changed my lens. I took my 70-200mm. Since this morning back of my head had been saying that use the lens for today's photo, so I follow the sign.

I did learn so much tonight and still lots to learn but taking that lens was a great call.

As I was walking in Nakajima Park, I found this bird resting on the rock. I am not a bird person so not sure what this is. Is this a cormorant? If someone can help me it will be appreciated so I can get rid of ? from the title.

Anyways it was pretty dark and I was struggling to focus right and also with the shutter speed. I was telling this bird "Don't move. Staaaaayyy"

I did enjoy taking a wild animal because of the atmosphere there.

Ummm I have to get out more.
