THE ROPE MANIA! Week 2 of the 6 week challenge done, and as always a real challenging workout for our transformers. The session consisted of 60 minutes of team rope training on Queens Parks large rolling hills. For the 2nd week in a row the grey won this weeks team game with a 200 meter sprint to the finishing line. 2 down and 4 to go... Have a great week and I'll see you Saturday at the Supahill in Moore Park!
I’ve been challenged to do a black and white photo each day for 5 days by Sue90ca. I accepted the challenge because don’t really care for black and white photography and I thought it would be a good way to force myself to try some. I have to say that I've enjoyed it. It's caused me to look at things differently. This week's snow has made it easy for me to see things in black and white. This is my fifth photo for the challenge. I must say that I still prefer color, but I think I'll be a little more open to doing black and white shots in the future. I also have to challenge another person each day for five days, so if you would like to try it, Flickrmail me and I will be happy to send you a challenge!

For this challenge, I used Christmas novelty items with antlers. "Christmoose" is my favorite Christmas pin! It was a gift from my Mom many years ago.

Lennox Point break is one of the best surfing spots in Australia. Today the waves weren't very big but the weather was great and there were lots of kids out practising their skills.
