On Friday 9th September 2011, the performers and volunteers for 'Korea Calling' at the Thames Festival popped in to the KCC for the orientation.

‘Korea Calling’ is delighted to introduce the crème de la crème of contemporary Korean culture at the 2011 Mayor’s Thames Festival.
We have an exciting programme of hand selected performances and film all of which is complimented by the tantalising delights of Korean cuisine. There’s even a chance to party at our exclusive K-Pop Night on the Saturday.
This all day event also includes a whole host of activities for children of all ages.
It's 2pm, we're at rest stop #2, and I'm needing to call Kellie to tell her we'll be at the finish between 3:30 and 4pm. She's planning to take pics of us coming in, so I wanted to be sure to tell her when we'd be there. That's my friend, Leslie, to my right....smiling big for the camera! :)

I took this of a cute little calling card tin box that I got. It is a shiny metallic periwinkle color.
