The MTW-humanitarian aid office has only four full-time employees, so when one of them has a birthday - it gets celebrated! Here our office manager, Laura, fulfills Ukrainian tradition by making and bringing all the food for her own birthday luncheon. Hey - the upside of that is you only have to do it once a year!
