A Borough Market video in August 2015 showed local school children learning to grow food from seed and then selling their produce in Borough Market traders for a day.
The project was run by a charity: School Food Matters.

My son has become more and more interested in photography lately. He's getting some pretty great shots for an eleven year old, too! I am especially impressed that although his point and shoot has an LCD on the back for framing the photo, Kol chooses to use the viewfinder instead.

Rose bushes are often planted at the end of a row of grape vines to act as an early warning signal for infestation by diseases and insects like aphids. If the roses have black spots or root rot then the grape vines can be sprayed before damaged.
Took my Pen for a spin with its kit lens to test its macro capabilities. This was taken at 42mm f/5.6.
Curves adjustment and some sharpening, otherwise this jpeg is straight from the camera.
The jasmine vine or the mulla plant as it is called in malayalam seems to like this combination of sunny monsoon weather and is producing copious flowers, which will open in the evening to release their heady scent.
After it was attacked by trips last year I wan't sure the acer would make it throught the winter, but it has in fact survived very well.

Flowers make me so happy, especially in the spring. And seeing the beginning of a flower is just, just, just .... well you know.
