Hello There!

I have been away from Flickr for a bit and I will probably be away from it a bit more. My computer is going downhill and I figured I would try to get one last photo posted before I buy another computer. I hope it will be soon. This was actually an experiment to get one last photo uploaded. I tried yesterday and it didn't work. I hope to be able to see my Flickr friends' photos on this computer, but if I doesn't work I will have to use my phone, but it's not the same thing.

I hope you are all having a wonderful summer.

No vibrancy or saturation added. These fuchsia vibrated red in partial shade.

My first attempt at capturing these delicate blooms. Perhaps I’ll become better if I pursue a blossom diary. Thanks for looking!

For October a Month in 31 Pictures

The council recently planted a couple of new trees in our neighbourhood. They are currently in bud and I am looking forward to the flowers!

Lilacs are my favorite flower. But you can't pick them before they open or else they never will.

Warm weather is my favorite time for macro. I do love a close up frost covered blackberry leaf but I prefer the warmer weather.

Taken at Rocky Mountain Arsenal

Beautiful little baby leaves as well as both female and male flowers - so much going on all at once! I'm lucky and don't suffer from any allergies so can fully enjoy all the budding new life surrounding us.
