Moose never used to lie in this position, but Stella seems to like it. Aren't her markings beautiful?
My son's heifer - we decided to keep her and hopefully she should be having a calf of her own soon :).

...Hello stubborn Archie!!!
He was being such a big wuss about it being 60 degrees haha. We walked for about a half hour before this big lug wanted to turn around and go home. Note that I don't even need the prong collar because he gets so tired so fast in this weather. I think we need to get one of those cooling vests for him because I cannot deal with this stubbornness all Spring and Summer! I hope he's just adjusting, and he won't be quite as big of a baby once he gets used to warmth.
And I have no idea why those leaves are there. They make it look like it's Autumn. Maybe that's why he wanted to stand on them. Wishful thinking? ;)
Once a while we give him some cardboard boxes, to satisfy his destructive needs!!
That way we've managed to keep him from chewing on the furniture!
The downside to this is, that I can never ever leave a cardboard box unattended!!!
@6months old
This morning, we woke up to surprisingly blizzard-like conditions so I had to take Arch out front to pee (you saw our last video. The back steps are a death trap in this kind of weather). Mike headed out with us to wipe off his car before work. Little Mr. Prissy thought that meant he was going to be driven somewhere.
She loves to take naps on the bed with DH... she sleeps with us at night. Our Big Boy mastiff sleeps with our son.
Tom doesn't feature much on Flickr any more. He's an old man now and lives a pretty quiet life. He is however still flexible enough to enjoy his post meal face wipe on the back lawn!
