I know Tommy isn't much of a Transformers nerd but I am. So here I present Nerdlyus Prime. My entry for Bricknerd's Next Level Nerdly Competition.
When I read about the contest the words “insane transforming capability” jumped at me and I knew what I would do. Neardly is mostly a red box with glas windows in front. Not so far from a red flat nose truck.
I didn't do any detailed plan on paper this time. I just started from the original nerdly instruction and modified it as I thought necessary. I mean, how hard could it be to make a G1 Optimus? :)
Fore those interested I can tell that Nerdlyus Prime differs somewhat from G1 Optimus Prime.
Fist of all the head was made to lock nerdy. You be the judge on how it turned out.
An early problem was that Nerdly's glasses stick out so mush so I made a different shoulder transformation (180° instead of 90°) and it worked because I didn't use any smokestacks.
I left the front wheels at the arms. I think I have seen that solution before but I have also seen fan art with the wheels on the arms.
Like my Optimus the fuel tanks become the upper legs. The legs also rotates individually rather than the whole hip (but the original didn't rotate at all). This also separate the legs a little. (I use a similar trick on my Optimus)

A mini Lego Tumbler is flying off the rooftop of a multistory car park, like in the iconic Batman Begins chase. The vignette fits on a 12x12 studs base and it slightly below 300 parts. It contains two minifigures: one police officer below and Batman inside the Tumbler.

Proof of concept - anything is cute with googly eyes. Even medical machines, brick separators, and giant bricks.
The machine shown is a LEGO replica of the Siemens Gammatron S65, a Cobalt-60 teletherapy unit that was in use in the 1970s (the picture in the comment has more details on this type of machine).
Play features: Rotating gantry and movable patient table.
The brick separator is suffering from brickets, which requires radiation treatment. Dr. Brick is taking care of it.
I had the Gammatron MOC already sitting around, and when I played around with some eyes it became adorable (to me at least).
So I took this as an incentive to build the extra scenario, take some pictures of the whole shebang (with and without googly eyes) and upload them.
The Chevy II (commonly known as Nova) served as the economy car in Chevrolet's lineup in the 60's and 70's. It was available in coupe, sedan, four door, convertible and, as pictured here, station wagon body styles. Powertrain wise it was available with either a 4cylinder, 6 cylinder or V8. Most were optioned with the 6 cylinder.

I'd been meaning to update my old 3GS21B for some time. Bricknerd finally gave me the push I needed to rebuild it completely. This version has bits of the original design and some of Bricknerd's ideas as well. Now I'm really glad I rebuilt it.

The third package from the Nerdvember prize barrage comes from Brickloot. This is the first of these subscription service loot boxes that I have received as I haven't been very interested in them because I'm a purist and don't have the money to pay for such a monthly subscription, so it's great to get a free sample like this. Thanks to Brickloot and Bricknerd for sending this to me, and since I assume that the point of these sponsorships is free advertisement, I'll give a quick review of this box.
Animation is my passion, so when BrickNerd announced that this would be the theme for this year's Nerdvember contest, I was thrilled! So I decided to make a tribute to one of the biggest icons in animation: PIXAR! But instead of simply building Nerdly as a Pixar character, I decided to go with something more unconventional: an animated recreation of the iconic Pixar logo animation - BrickNerd style! I took a digital stop motion approach to the animation process by building each frame in Bricklink Studio and rendering it. It took 141 unique frames and about a day of rendering to complete. I built 16 versions of Nerdly with different poses and expressions to bring BrickNerd's mascot to life using the squash and stretch principle that every animation student learns in their first class when they have to animate a bouncing ball or cube. You can also find the video on YouTube where you can watch it at a slower speed or even frame by frame to see how I used these different builds to make them move: youtu.be/1t7l315okOo

This year I wanted to bring something really special to Brickworld. The theme of this years convention is unity. I wanted to show a unified front of men, elves, dwarves and even eagles against the forces of evil.
As some of you know, I love castle LEGO and I love building castles and this year I wanted the challenge of building a creature along with some traditional castle buildings. At first I thought about building a large demon, but then my thoughts went to the classic fantasy villain, the dragon!
I hope you all have chance to visit Brickworld this year. If you have a chance stop by the WISLug table, look for me, the really tall guy with dark brown hair for some BrickNerd swag.

Hello !
Today I'm posting a quick moc. @julio_brick_builder ask me to do a challenge... mocing with a result only in black and white...
You know how much I love to use colors in my build ! For the challenge I immediatly think about one of my best group ever : Jamiroquai and I wanted to do the logo. The build took around 3 hours, some details can be improve but I'm happy with the result especially the anchor for one of the horn.
Enjoy !!
Now I'm nominating @les_briques_de_loic @loic.glbr @galerie_d_antha @sympatikbrick @acsumama to challenge theirself with a black and white moc !

One of my latest builds is a model of a Denver and Rio Grande Western 01400-series steel caboose. This may seem a bit outside my typical New England prototype area and that's because it is a gift for Bricknerd as part of the Railyard Telegraph Game, to go with his incredible "Queen of the Rio Grande" SD40. That particular build and others of his inspired me as I came into the hobby, so I wanted to build something to go with it. (Also to make sure he couldn't ever tear it apart! :-D )
The caboose is 7-wide, which was a challenge, and features a bunch of SNOT in the cupola, but otherwise is mostly hollow. This was on purpose in case it's ever desired to add an interior. I was also able to take advantage of multiple new parts, such as the 2x3 tiles (26603), 1x3 jumpers (34103), and the Technic pin with pin hole (15100). The trucks also feature roller bearings that actually roll! The stickers are from OKBrickWorks, who did an amazing job especially with matching the Bright Light Orange for the windows. The color scheme was certainly a fun obstacle, since I don't often build in either BLO or Light Bluish Grey and there's a limited number of parts that come in the former.
Now that it has cleared customs this build is at home in Germany!
Hey fellow LEGO nerds, it's contest time! We want to see how you interpret or trick out Nerdly. Your creativity is the only limit in this contest. Lino Martins sparked this with his hot rod Nerdly, but how about a Star Wars Nerdly, or a Mickey Mouse Nerdly, or a Neo Classic Space Nerdly, or super hero Nerdly? (I think you see where we're going with this) Get your bricks out and enter by September 30th!
To download instructions for Nerdly visit www.bricknerd.org/downloads/Nerdly_instructions.pdf
But you don't have to follow them, get as creative as you want.
